Aditya Narayan not to host Saregamapa Little champs

Aditya Narayan is no more host for upcoming Saregamapa Little Champs 2009. Adity Narayana has decided to take a break from Saregamapa. According to sources, Kishore Kumar’s son Sumit and playback singer Javed Ali are in the race to replace Narayan.

Informs a source, “Aditya is busy shooting for his film thus he will not be able to host the upcoming season of Little Champs. The channel has approached Sumit Kumar and Javed Ali to replace Aditya. Out of the two, Sumit seems to be the favourite and has an edge over Javed Ali.”

Format of Saregamapa Lil champs

The show this time will be different from its earlier seasons. This season the competition will be between girls and boys. Hence, the two finalists will be a girl and a boy. This season we will have two judges Alka Yagnik and Abhijeet Bhattacharya and a celebrity judge will be invited every episode.

Saregamapa Little champs 2009 is starting from 5th June.

Zee TV programming head Ajay Bhalwankar and Aditya Narayan remained unavailable for comment.

Zee’s SaReGaMaPa Little Champs 2009 is scheduled for month of June. After the resounding win of Anamika Chaudhury as the L’il Champ in 2008, the new season will bring in fresh talent that will face the music yet again!

Saregamapa Little Champs is scheduled to launch on June 5th, and will replace Dance India Dance. Abhijeet Bhattacharya has been finalized as judge of L’il champs, while talks are on with Alka Yagnik. She is very likely to join him as the second judge of the show.

Zee is very keen to keep Aditya Narayan as host of L’il Champs, But since he is very busy with his Bollywood commitments, they are still trying to negotiate dates with him.

So be ready for another musical extravaganza coming this summer…

Magical Mentors of Saregamapa Challenge 2009

Its right, now saregamapa is called as Saregamapa Challenge 2009 (I guess, its because the grand finale will be in 2009). The auditions for Saregamapa were held nationwide as well as internationally. The audition episodes are going to be telecated on this Friday and Saturday and The Vishwayudhya 2 is going to start from 28th June. Zee TV already started showing promos of Saregamapa where Himesh Reshammiya is promoting his Rock Gharana.

This season, however, there are some changes in judges panel. Himesh Reshammiya is the only known face from the last season, but this time you will see Himesh Reshammiya in his Karzzzz style (why 4 z?) without cap and with implanted hairs!

Adesh Shrivastava who was part of first season, is now back to Zee. The sad news is that Vishal shekhar are no longer with Zee and they are replaced with Shankar Mahadevan and Pritam. Aditya Narayan, the heart throb of millions, who debuted in last season, is going to host the show.

Saregamapa Challenge 2008 starting on 4th July

Sa re ga ma pa Challenge 2008 is going to start from the next month, 4th July 2008. It will be telecated on the same time and day. This news has been confirmed by the very own host of Saregamapa Aditya Narayan. Aditya will continue hosting sa re ga ma pa. However its still unclear who will be the judges of saregamapa.

Aditya writes in his facebook account

“im going to have to cut short the world tour for various reasons.. so more than a couple of concerts might not happen.. but there is a plus to it of course.. your favourite Musical Reality Show SaReGaMaPa Challenge is very very likely to be back on the same Fri-Sat 10 pm slot from JULY 2008.. so i hope i’m compensating

Aditya’s birthday bash – You can’t keep your eyes fixed in one place

Even though he celebrates his birthday on August 6, Aditya Narayan threw a party for his friends on Wednesday. The host of Zee’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, turned 20 in the company of his friends and family.But Aditya Narayan seems to have a special music playing in his heart for contestant Mauli Dave. At a bash the duo sat away from the other contestants and later took the dance floor.

And if you look at the picture alongside, it seems Aditya has more than just ‘good friends’ on his mind, as he homes in for a closer look (at Mauli’s neck, we presume?).

Says Aditya, laughing, “Hota hai! Kisiki bhi aankhen ek jagah nahin tik sakti. Aur vaise bhi mujhe 15 days se conjunctivitis hai, to meri aankhen bhatak rahi hain! (It happens! You can’t keep your eyes fixed in one place. As it is I’ve been suffering from conjunctivitis for the past 15 days, so my eyes do tend to wander!)”

Mauli too endorses Aditya saying, “It’s okay. Such pictures are always taken at an opportune moment. They can say one thing and mean something else.”

When Aditya gets a kiss from his female fan

If you are fed up with controversies in Saregamapa, here is something really exciting to look for. The heart throb of the millions of girls, the cute smiling host of saregamapa, Aditya Narayan gets kissed by one of his female fan from the audience while shooting for the show. He then gets badly teased by Ismail Darbar.

While shooting for last episode, Aditya gets kissed by his female fan. Aditya was standing among the audience and was saying now the decision has to be taken by the audience. Suddenly, A girl from the audience snatched his mike and said “Excuse me, I propose you and love you” and then gave him a kiss on his cheeks. He blushed and was totally speechless.

Aditya and Mauli Dave in a romantic relationship?

Sets of Zee TV’s ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge’ is buzzing with talks of host Aditya Narayan, Udit Narayan’s son, and contestant Mouli Dave involved in a romantic relationship. All the contestants of this music show tease them about the close proximity they share with each other. Mouli, a graduate from USA and Aditya, a graduate from London, are both extremely fond of English music. Initially they gelled well because of this interest, but thereafter, the duo is always seen together.

A source says, “Aditya and Mouli usually prefer to be away from the crowd and talk to each other for hours together if time permits.” Others on the set have witnessed their chemistry too “Earlier too Aditya has shown special interest in Mouli. When Mouli was getting ready for her photo shoot Aditya ran to her green room to wish her luck.”

When approached Aditya agreed that Mouli is a special friend, but denied being romantically involved with her. “I am close to all the contestants. There are a few whom I share a special bond with and Mouli is one of them.” He adds, “Many a times when we start discussing English music others feel left out and hence these rumours.”

"My Girlfriend should not show too much skin" Adity Narayan

Aditya Narayan has lots of crazy female fans …they love his smile, they love his looks and they are crazy to see just a glimpse of him. But what qualities does Aditya look for in a women? In a recent interview Singer Aditya Narayan tells that he wouldn’t like his girl to show too much skin

Tell us about your first crush:

When I was 12 years old, I fell for Britney Spears. That was the time when the album Baby One More Time hit the market and my feelings for her grew even stronger. I would not miss any of her songs and would even get late for my tuition classes.

Your first date:

I went out on a date with my third girlfriend. First it was an English movie and then coffee. I must have been about 15 then. But going out on a date at 15 wasn’t a big deal as my mother told me about sex education when I was in the sixth standard itself.

Your idea of a perfect date:

It have to be an elaborate one. First, a movie (as I love them), then a cosy candle light dinner. After that we would head for a club and chill out. We would have a drink and go for a long drive. And then we would go either to her or my place.

What qualities do you look for in a woman?

She has to love music and respect what I’m doing. A good sense of humour is also important. She should look simple and pretty and act her age. And she has to be honest. She should also not show too much skin.

What was your first relationship like?

I was in the eighth standard. It was more like a boy-girl thing, where we would hold hands and exchange gifts. We broke up after sometime but without any heartburns.

Love versus lust:

Lust is temporary whereas love is long lasting. You may begin with lust but eventually it has to be love. For me, the journey should ideally be from love to lust.

How would you define romance?

Compatibility, understanding, warmth and a willingness to give space to each other. There is no place for insecurity.

Who would you like to get dirty with in an island?

Scarlett Johansson. But we have to get to know each other first before the act.

Do you believe in the institution of marriage?

Yes, I consider that two people are lucky enough to spend time with each other in a marriage and then start a family.

Your take on infidelity:

It is wrong and a very dumb thing to happen. If my girlfriend does so, I would ask her to spend time with the other person and once bored with him, she can come back to me.
