Hello Friends.. Here is the update for 17th July 2009

Dhairya welcomes the audience but Afsha is missing.. Abhijeet asks where is Afsha and Dhairya says, no one knows where she is.. Dhairya keeps calling Afsha and she appears on screen.. She tells Dhairya, “ I want to show you my world” and takes Dhairya along with her..

Afsha’s house is shown and she introduces her family members.. Her mother says, after Afsha’s birth their life changed and good luck entered their life.. She says, we were not well off but after her birth we started earning.. Her mother also adds, Afsha has to become a prominent figure in this world but more important is she becomes a good person.. Afsha’s brother says she is a boon to us..

Dhairya then brings her to the world of little champs.. Dhairya asks why did you show your world to us and why have you worn this party dress.. The judges, contestants all start questioning her and Afsha says, today is her birthday..

Kavita Krishnamurthy enters the stage singing baar baar din yeh aaye.. Dhairya says, there is another surprise for you but before that Kavitaji has to take her seat..

Afsha says, today is her birthday and so she should get the privilege of inviting the contestants..

Afsha calls Priyanka Mallya.. She sings dhol bajne lagaa from Viraasat.. Singer – Kavita Krishnamurthy.. Priyanka says, this song is her gift for Afsha..

Abhijeet – Today is Afsha’s birthday and in happiness people forget everything.. You lost your sur many times while singing..

He then starts praising Kavita.. He says, She is a nuclear judge.. If you listen to her song, you can find all minute details being covered.. I got to learn a lot in my first duet with her.. Alka says its surprising that Abhijeet is praising someone.. Kavita asks Alka and Abhijeet if she is a rose between two thorns??

Alka then replies, she doesn’t have to bother about Abhijeet as she has a box which she will use it for people when this need to be used..

Regarding Kavita Alka says, We share a very close relationship and have done various shows together.. Kavita replies, I am happy to have met these two people here.. I am here as a friend and not as neutral judge..

Alka to Priyanka – Listen to Kavita carefully.. She is a sister of your sister.. If you sing confidently, you can do wonders..

Alka gifts a Barbie doll for her..

Afsha gives an envelope to Dhairya and says on auspicious occasions, we give money to small kids.. Dhairya asks then who is she for which Afsha replies, she is grown up today as today is her birthday..

Afsha calls a boy now and that is Abhijeet.. He gifts some chocolates to Afsha.. He sings tumse accha kaun hain from Jaanwar. MD – Shankar Jaikishen. Singer – Mohd. Rafi.

Kavita asks Abhijeet if anyone in his house is also into music for which he replies, my father is a singer.. Kavita says, I can see the classical touch in your song and you take care of all the minute things.. Your voice is very good.. You have potential, congrats..

Alka – You were trying to get into the mood of the song which is very less seen.. But I felt you didn’t sing in proper sur..

Abhijeet agrees to Alka and says, you lost your sur in antra..

Abhijeet – You all boys perform well otherwise she will take away the trophy.. He asks Yatharth to give his comments on her song for which he says, She sang well.. Alka says, she sang very well..

Afsha and Dhairya enter the stage.. Kavita asks if they were busy eating chocolates for which Dhairya says, I ate just one chocolate and even Afsha ate just one..

Kavita – Fantastic performance.. We all should applaud again.. Alka and Kavita give standing ovation.. Everything was too good.. God bless you..

Alka – Very good Abihgyan.. You brought in the essence for this song..

Abhijeet criticizes his sargam for which Kavita says, Everyone has their own way of saying the notation.. If he had sung it softly, then he might sound incongruous.. Abhijeet agrees to Kavita..

Alka says, she has brought gold and silver lemon which is gifted to her by Bappida and adds, when I get too irritated I will use this on you..

Abhigyan and the tabla master have a jugal bandhi and Afsha asks her for gift.. Abhigyan gives ghunghroo.. Afsha says, this is my favorite ghunghroo..

Swarit asks Abhijeet to give 500 rs for Afsha’s birthday.. He says, I had given you 500 rs yesterday for Afsha’s birthday.. Abhijeet gives 501 rs to Afsha and says, I gave you 500 rs and you give me 450 rs back..
