Today is the elimination episode.. Lets see who gets eliminated.. Kapil Dev and ICL representatives are the guest for today’s episode..

The show begins with Aditya and the contestants singing chal zara zara sa from chak de India.. The stage is designed like a cricket pitch.. They sing a song where Aditya calles the name of every contestant and they come to introduce themselves.. It is an episode dedicated to ICL (Indian Cricket Leaque). After the introduction of contestants, Aditya sings – Chak De saregamapa.. Aditya welcomes the audience and every guru introduce their own gharana.. Aditya announces that today we will celebrate ICL along with world class music..

He introduces Kapil Dev and he comes on stage.. He gives an introduction about ICL and says this time ICL has grown..

Shankar – Wish u all the best for the new series..

Himesh – You have always come here to bless us.. India isproud of you..

Aadesh – Like you always hit fours and sixes, our contestants will also sing fours and sixes with their songs..

Pritam – I have always pinned up ur posters as a kid.. I am so excited to meet you..

ICL representatives are welcomed on stage.. Each of the team captains introduce themselves and their team..

Rohan is asked to share his experience in the previous season.. He says, The quality is of very high standards and it has been a great experience for us..

Yashita is called on stage as she owns the sangeet chakra.. Her competitor is Vaishali.. She also comes on stage and says I hope I will get the sangeet chakra.. So, Vaishali gets the sangeet chakra.. Yashita is safe and she will be performing tomorrow..

Vaishali of rock gharana sings man saat samundar.. MD – Sandesh Sandilya.. Singer – Sunidhi Chauhan

Aditya says, today instead of flop, hit, superhit, history there is – Boundary and Sixer.. The song will be rated whether it was a boundary or sixer..

Aadesh – Energy was less.. Boundary

Pritam – You sang well, but energy level was less.. Boundary

Shankar – He asks her to sing the mukhda.. She sings with good energy.. He gives Boundary

Himesh – If the four is almost a six, then its definitely a six

Kapil is asked who should win – a boy or girl.. He answers – Whoever sings well, should win..

Zaheer and Sara are called on stage.. Zaheer gets the 2nd topper position.. Aditya asks Himesh how he feels as both topper and 2nd topper are from his gharana..

Himesh – Topper and second topper, I am feeling at the top of the world..

Zaheer – There are two things which binds both India and Pakistan and that is cricket and music.. He requests the ICL representatives to join him on stage..

Zaheer of rock gharana sings Jee karda bhai jee karda.. The ICL representatives enjoy themselves on stage..

Aditya asks Zaheer to sing once again and the representatives to dance.. Himesh asks Pritam to also join the floor and dance.. Kapil dev and the other mentors also go on stage to enjoy the song.. Himesh asks all mentors to give a six..

Shankar – If he had only sung the song then I would have given you a boundary, but I will give a six for his rap..

Pritam gives 6

Aadesh – I will also give 6

Rohan – ICL has introduced a new rule that if a ball is hit out of the stadium, then we get 9.. So, I will give 9

Kapil – I am not a stalwart like those who are sitting on either side of me.. If they say that he is good, then he must be good.. I wish him good luck..

Asma and Pratibha are called on stage.. Pratibha is dressed as cricket women.. Asma asks Kapil why is it that when you hit the ball, all the other 12 cricketers run behind the ball. Kapil asks Asma why is it that ur parents cook and u eat??

Pratibha of Lakshya gharana sings ni main yaar manani.. singer – Lata Mangeskar.. MD – Lakshmikant-Pyaarelal..

Kapil – Whether its 4 or 6, I believe that if one goes to the pitch, Final score should be 100

Pritam – I found the attachment less.. The confidence and energy was less – 3 runs

Pritam – You were almost there.. Four

Aadesh – You are a trained singer but you were not having breathe control – four

Pratibha says the contestants had gone to Himesh’s house and they returned back at 5 in the morning.. she was not well after that and had high fever but she had to sing..

Kapil Dev – Never look for excuse.. When you have come here, then dont give excuses – you should be giving 200% – If you cannot sing, then dont come here on stage..

Shankar – Keep working hard and do work on the breathe control.. You definitely are the contender for top position..

Tarun and Kaushik are called on stage.. Aditya says, there is a tiff between Tarun and Kaushik.. They also have commented about each other back stage..

There is a AV shown where Tarun and Kaushik are accusing each other.. Kaushik says, Tarun has been teasing him because of his appearence.. Tarun says, Kaushik told him he is a bhajan singer and he shouldnt be there on this stage.. Shankar asks Kaushik to stop this and not bring it on television. Aditya says, this fight has gone so far that they dont even talk and if left this way, they will continue.. Shankar asks them to clear it out now.. It is not only Kaushik who accuses him but even yashita, Zaheer and Asma say he is very arrogent.. Yashita says, he abuses everyone and later on say “Jai Mata Di”.. Tarun asks apology to all the contestants.. Asma asks if he is asking from the heart or he is just saying for the sake of saying sorry.. Tarun is little rude even then and says, I always say Jai Mata Di and end the matter.. Thats what I will do now..

Aditya announces that Tarun is in bottom 3..

Himesh – I am feeling very bad.. He asks Tarun if he has anything to justify himself in front of these contestants.. Tarun has nothing to answer and says, he is what he is..

The director asks him to sing, but he refuses.. He says, he cant sing after all this.. He says, he wants to withdraw from the contest and leaves the stage.. Other contestants, director and mentors make him understand and he comes on stage..

Tarun of rock gharana sings chak de phatte.. Bapi-Tutul.. Singer – Kailash Kher.. The audience ask for once more.. Aditya tries to continue with the show, but due to demands he is forced to stop and Tarun starts singing.

Yashita – I enjoyed the performance.. You kept the personal things aside and applaud you for singing this well..

Kaushik – I have never questioned his performance.. He sang very well..

Shankar – I will give a 6

Aadesh – This was your best performance till date.. 6

Pritam – I will give 9

Tarun – I will give this performance credit to my father.. Whenever I didnt have the mood to perform, he used to slap me and ask me to sing.. I remembered that and sang today..

Kapil – No one is to forgive the other.. Dont loose ur temprement.. Live the life the way you feel like..

Tarun apologizes again and asks his co-contestants to give him a hug and make friendship.. They all go on stage to give him a hug..

Naina and Soumen and called on stage and Naina is in bottom 3..

Naina of Lakshya gharana sings oh mahiya from Kaal.. Singer – Richa, Kunal, Sonu and Sunidhi.. MD – Salim-Suleman

Pritam – Very good performance. 6

Aadesh – Gives 6

Himesh – Gives 6

Shankar – You sang a song different from your style..

Kapil – There is so much talent in the country.. A singer in bottom 3 is also singing so well..

Shujat and Debojit are called on stage and Debojit is in bottom 3

Debojit of Dhoom gharana sings mauja hi mauja.. Singer – Mika.. MD – Pritam

Shankar – You were really good.. Gives 6

Aadesh – You are mindblowing.. 6

Himesh – Fantastic, Superb, mindblowing, outstanding.. Debojit says, history.. Himesh then says, you were truly history.. 6

Pritam – You were good, but as a singer, you have to practice and give attention to pronounciation..

Kapil – Your character is very innocent and you just say what you want to..

Results

Aditya keeps his hand on Naina’s shoulder..

Naina gets eliminated..

Naina – I have learnt so many things.. It was a good experience.. She keeps smiling..

Shankar – Your problem is that you are a very good singer.. You cannot crack any jokes and cannot portray any loud character.. You are just a good singer and thats why you are not getting votes.. You are in my good books and we will be working together very soon..

Pritam – Even after singing well, you have got eliminated.. You definitely have a great future ahead..

Aadesh – This is not your loss, you have a long way to go ahead..

Shankar appreciates her spirit and says, keep smiling!!!
