Shujat and Jeffrey sang really well in today’s show. Great voice. Shujat has NOT been eliminated. Both will be given a second chance tomorrow. I hope both Succeed.
I preferred Amanat’s version of Saawan Beetoo.

I started watching this show and i got hooked to it. I normally dont watch any desi shows. But I developed interest in the show due to one reason, the show has great tallent, I must say all the pakistani singers are just amazing. I am indian by origin and by no means, i love the indian singers but I hate to admit that our own people judges are so biased. Todays episodes was tough but Shyan shouldnt have got the key, all the other singers were far better than him. you talk about versatility & unique voice- guess what shujat, jeffrey & other singers had better voice and great singing skills. I am so disgusted about the result today and i hope this wont continue like this, by all mean I want good singers and unbiased results- thanks

Henceforth SRGMP show should be hosted in Mumbai, India as usual but out of 28 contestants 22 contestants will be from Pakistan. Only four contestants should be from India and none will be a bengali!
One will from mid-east and the other will be from USA(preferably a muslim)!
The mentors will be all from Pakistan and so will be Mahagurus.(Indian mahagurus know nothing about music)
When public voting starts 90% voting will be from India (pakistanis don’t want to waste money on sms). If Indians don’t vote then India will be sued in International court!

i don’t believe that sujat is out.if that is so, than the whole show is already been fixed.the pakistani singers are better.i am not saying all but singer like sujat is definately amongst the best.come on guys what happen to musarat and amanat last year.the same thing will happen again this year too.as they say it’s sare drama pa show.

And remember the main objective. It is to find a PLAYBACK singer not just a great singer!
hi, now billy if you know what gonna happen to the pakistani singers then why watch the stupid thing, its just too dramatic and pathetic its unbelievable.The judges are to unrealistic drama kings and the unbelievable queen(asaha b).I know the best soulution to this ‘sa re ga ma pa drama ritual’ is to stop watching it and stop wasting our precious time and energy on emailing.
Rajdeep Godbole jee i have not used words like cheating i am stating the obvious! i enjoy good music no matter which country or culture it comes from. Music is a uniting element for people that want to be united!! i dont disrepect any religion, culture or country and i do believe that the judges are paid to come up with the goods for what they are paid megabucks — NOT TO LET AN INTERNATIONAL CONTESTANT WIN!

i like this show but the way, sorry if some one dont like my words. i am bit concern about the judges. i dont feel they are fair, specially 1.he was critic against atif aslam and dont no why and pak contestent were intarogated by police, why beacuse they came from pak. he also said on stage that this thing happen in pak with indian singers as well but i have conformed from a media group that it never happen with any singer or not even with students groups who visted pak. so lets see what happen but personally it lost its charm for me.
No wonder that paki always like only paki and they are jealous to indians. I did not see one support from paki to any indian singers. No doubt some paki singers are really good and indian viewers always support them. But from paki for a good indian singer, no way! Just read all of above comments and realize.
Hi Guys, Please don’t fight to each other on Pakis and indiis. Our culture is same and our thoughts are same, we are just two countries but not seperated from our hearts. Just onw thing i want to sdev and to all of my indians brothers and sisters. if you come to Pakistan, you would see that majority of people in pakistan listen indian singers and appritiate them more than pakistani singers.

Its not about indians and pakistanis.some indian singers like Mitika,Jenice,Fareed and survinder are good. but this is wrong that u r eleminating all the international singers. Take note on that.

Shujaat really deserves the ‘golden key’ for his Sawan Beeto performance. Everyone loved his performance.

It does not matter who sings the best b/c ultimately it will be a bengali (west bengal) contestant who will wins as it has been happening so far (Debojit – Asam; Sanchita – kolkata?; Anik – kolkata; Anamika – Assam). Actually, it serves any contestants, other than those from West Bengal, rite for coming and believing that they will get a fair hearing! More FOOL them I say!

I did not say that bengali people are not good singer. Actually I am a Bengali myself but I am against any bias. All the singers you mentioned Rajdeep and few of my favorites. However, it has been a theme (if you can call it that) of Zee TV to select Bengali’s as winners. As a person with a strong Math and Science background what we can call the past winnings as cluster. And if you have any knowledge statistics you will know that clusters are not considered random. So obviously I said that the ultimate winner will be Bengali. If not I will think that the zee TV people have learned from their bias mistakes. If you have ever watched Chote Ustad in Star you would have noticed that Aneshwa from Kolkata was a brilliant singer. In fact she should’ve been the winner, but she was not voted as the winner. So one cannot give the logic that West Bengal has highest number of voters that’s why WB candidate wins (which I have definitely hard in Challenge 2007). Before passing any negative reply know what you are saying. In US, I have grown up learning to speak my mind and I will always do it. I gave my opinion and I am not trying to force it on to anyone. I live in country of freedom of speech and I will definitely exercise that right.

Just being in USA does not give you any extra advantage of speaking your mond. In India, too, we can say what we think, but it should be rational.
SRGMP is going on since 1995. Can you tell me how many Bengalis have won ?

Dont know what most of the guys are talking about. Its just an engineered show. Anyways Sara Raza is performing so superbly and sweetly. Her voice is so sweet and mind blowing. Lets see how she is treated in this so called reality show. Wish her good luck in every performance till appearing in final.

I didnt watch any shows normally but after saregamapa watching 1st episode, now i watch every show. I think every contestent perform very well..nice talent and amazing that every one has its unique voice quality.From 1st episode to now i enjed and like every person,s songs. thnx to all.
When the mahagurus used to choose the winners in the show, instead of public voting, actually some real talents came out of the show as winners. But now it’s all about publicity and made up stuff. I only watch the show to hear some great singers . Probably will not the finale since at that time it will no longer be about great singers. ‘Till then I will just enjoy the performance.
Actually Rajdeep, you like to protest a lot if it is not exactly what you believe. Living in the in one of the two largest populous countries of the world and specially a country of diversity and democracy you should definitely learn to respect other people’s opinions. Just because I don’t see I to I that does not mean that I my opinions are absurd. I am not contradicting myself I do stand by my opinion earlier. Notice the names I have mentioned so far. I have been mentioning the names when the winners were voted by public vote (as the Zee TV would like to Say). Obviously, it would seem odd to any eyes that back 4 SRGMP winners (regular and kids version) are Bengali’s. I am a proud Bengali who still love listening to Kishore Kumar, RD Burman, Hemanta, Manna Dey, Shaan, Abhijeet, along with other great singers, but I will not hesitate to make honest opinion without trying to disrespecting other people’s opinion. Rajdeep, before discrediting others try to understand what they are saying. Anyways to live with your own opinion, and I leave with mine. As i have mentioned earlier, I only watch the show to hear some great singers . I never said that all of these singers can’t sing. You should check the fact first. In fact I was glad that Anamika won instead of Tanmay, but it I tend not to give biased opinion like you. Well said Minal, I’m totally agree with you that even not as a winner but Amant has been praised more after he lost the battle.
Probably that is blessing in disguise for him and if you watched the episode of 2nd August 2008, the judge Kavita krishnmurti mentioned that in her last competition she was not a winner and even not on number 2 or three and she cried for some time but after that she was determined to do some thing and look at her now and she also mentioned that the winner of that competition was unable to go further long in music industry, so that makes sense.
So end result is dont fight be good chaps and enjoy the show

hello to all my indians and pakistanis, i just wanted to tell iam not like abhijet, why he is so frustrated and ill, look when ur competing with hollywood, and wanted to be on top, then u have to behave like professional not like kids, nicole kidman is not american she was australian,and she acted as main female actress in many films,may be more than 20 like that. similarly jacki chen, bruce lee and other many singer from world perform every where, then why some indian composer and singers are so ill. either i feel they are not professional and they want to be international, i guess it remain as indian cinema if such cheap thinking remain in mind, i feel u need people from all world to prove that ur cinema is not for just india, just come to pakistan and ask how much they love ur singer,actor ,actress. but so bad thinking about us. all should think over it. tell u what atif will remain atif and rahat fateh ali khan will remaon rahat fateh ali, plz end narrow minded, specially from abhijet and other composers.love u alllllllllllll
