"It’s obvious the votes were rigged" - Ismail Darbar
Ismail Darbar’s recent comments over Sa re ga ma pa Voting created chaos and put question mark on the reality shows. Unhappy with the results of the show the director has questioned the voting process and accused the channel of not playing fair.
Striking an off key note over the just concluded Sa Re Ga Ma Pa reality show Ismail Darbar has launched a scathing attack on the organisers of Indian television’s oldest reality show.
“The organisers have not played fair. The best singer was Amanat and Raja was the favourite. It’s obvious the votes were rigged.The counting process was not transparent. I am not happy with the results,” said Ismail Durbar.
But the organizers are not unduly bothered and say it is a case of sour grapes as the finalist from Durbar’s gharana Amaanat Ali did not win.
Controversies notwithstanding sky rocketing TRPs ensure that reality shows are money-spinners. But with allegations of reshooting to pump up action and rigging of public feedback by a judge at that the dividing line between reality and fiction has been blurred.
The Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007, has earned Zee TV close to Rs 120 crore from advertisements and sponsors for its 26 episodes, which is the highest revenue per episode collected by a reality show in the history of Indian television.

Is this the first time ID is crying foul?
I remember last time in 2005 also ID was crying about votes all the time. This was when his contestant Debojit was winning all this time.
Conspiracy theories aside, its a bit disgusting and exposes the character of Bollywood. People going to the news channels to get more exposure(+ve or -ve) at the drop of a hat. If he has proof, he should be going to the courts. Else, he will get his pants sued for defamation.

Anyway if he really wanted to protest wrong thing he could have done that in 2005. When Debojit beat singers like Hemachandra, Himani, Vinit. He is very clever and he does politics. HR is a fool that’s why he is criticized more.
There is no point in such allegation. ID have to prove it otherwise it is just a publicity stunt or something else. May be community feelings.
Amanat has some edge in Gazal and sufi songs. It does not mean he is best singer. There are other genres also. Others are better in that.
Finally ID have to prove his point. If he can’t. Just shut up. Really I would like to see what he does in industry. Uski apni existence nahi ha industry me. Itne salo se 8 ya 10 filmo me music diya ha, jinme se hit 3 ya 4 ha. Bari bari bate. Apni nahi chali to dusro pe ilzam lad do. Very cheap mentality. Sale tujhme dum ha to prove kar barna mu mein ungli dal le.
Koi jeeta ha. Uski jeet ko chota dikhana. Bahat nicha soch ha. Faltu allegation. Kue ki mendak. Apne charo taraf do char admi se puchke samaj gaya Raja favourite ha!

It has been bothering me for a while on why Ismail Darbar would go against Zee Television, Saregamapa, Aneek Dhar and of course his best friend Himesh Reshammiya. What really was Ismail Darbar’s motive in coming out with the fixing allegations against Zee TV and organisers of Saregamapa?
How could Ismail go against Himesh - the very man on whom Ismail’s lucrative T-series album hinges on?
It took us a little time to figure it out. Jugal Bajaj has significantly worked on this story - but we finally have the real Ismail motive.
As I already mentioned earlier, Ismail and Himesh are hand-in-glove. And Ismail has been speaking on Himesh’s behalf. And in the process, they have come out with the truth - that the Saregamapa results were fixed. Aneek fans, it is sad that your own guru has ditched you.
So, what exactly do Ismail and Himesh want? It’s simple. They simply want to ruin Saregamapa Lil Champs that should commence this week. And why? Because Sonu Nigam will be a judge on it. Himesh and Sonu Nigam’s rivalry is well documented. When Himesh bought critic Subhash K. Jha to criticise Sonu Nigam in his articles, Sonu ruined Jha’s reputation forever by exposing his homosexual advances. And everyone knows how Himesh always send hecklers to Sonu Nigam’s shows to ruin performances. Himesh is using Ismail to do the same act again - to sabotage Lil Champs. And this time, it is Ismail Darbar who has been sent across as the heckler.
Such manipulators, that they have sacrificed Aneek Dhar in the process. And of course, for us Raja Hasan fans, they at least brought out the truth that Raja was the real winner.
But why so much of fury from Himesh and Ismail against Zee? One, both simply detest both Sonu Nigam and the other judge Pritam. And two, both Himesh and Ismail will never again be invited for Saregamapa. What went wrong? Well it is on the insistance of Munjals from Hero Honda. Brijmohan Lall Munjal, CMD of Honda Motors has made his displeasure very clear that Hero Honda will no longer sponsor Saregamapa if either Himesh or Ismail are on the show. This was after all that furore when Sumedha was treated cheaply on the show. Promptly, Sumedha was eliminated and the love story never mentioned on Saregamapa again. But the real insult to Zee was when Brijmohan Lall Munjal refused to participate in the Grand Finale. In fact there was a directive from the Munjals that NOBODY from Hero Honda will be represented in the final show. A sharp contrast from last time when Brijmohan Lall Munjal was there to present the trophy to Debojit in 2005. Zee could only manage Puneet Goenka, Subhas Chandra’s son to do the honours.
The Hero Honda directive is clear - if you want our money, throw out Himesh and Ismail. And keep the show clear of sleaze. It does the Hero Honda brand a lot of damage. Zee had little choice but to dump Himesh and Ismail from all future shows. And when SOnu Nigam was brought in to rub in the salt, Himesh had to fire one back at Zee. And Ismail is doing the talking for him.
So where does that leave Raja in all this? One, Raja has to stay out of all this politics. He has to remain at his diplomatic best, by not taking sides, not questioning anybody - not even commenting on the rigging that Zee has indulged in. The saregamapa title is no longer important. A rigged show isn’t worth worth participating - forget winning. Raja has a bright future - and he shouldn’t ruin things by taking any sides. Just call it destiny as he always did - and get on with the job. And for some reason, if Zee doesn’t take you to the world tour - even better.
Remember, it is critical for Raja now to keep quiet. The politics will go on. The media will catch up with the stories. Star News will go on an assault - calling Saregamapa a rigged show while projecting its Voice of India, as the fair show. Meanwhile, Raja needs to do nothing. He simply has to keep out of the dirty games being played. That’s the best for his future.

i think we shudn’t be fighting. the votes were messed up with. my cousin was trying to vote from pakistan in lahore but he cudn’t ( i live in dubai and even i did message a lot of times for amanat but not everytime i got the confirmation which was weird)
what i think is that we public shud just relax and not blame each other for the win and loss. Aneek is a good singer in a few years his voice will groom and he may make a mark.

Ismail is such a sick person…he sries all the time…last year when Debojit was leading all of a sudden he did not ever said that Veneet was better then debojit…but this time during the show he said many times that Aneek is so good but look at him now… really funny …he is not able to take the defeat….OMG!

Its funny how Aneek supporters are bashing Ismail jee and calling him names. Why bash him when he expressed his own opinion about the voting process.
Do you think it is fair to call it a WORLD CUP of SINGERS when you do not allow people from other countries to vote for their fav contestants? Why was it easy and really cheap to vote from India and why people from North America were charged 99 cents per SMS? Why people from Pakistan were not allowed to vote for Amanat(not even for the Grand Finale ?) Why there were different results in International voting and Indian voting ? (Amanat was first in International and Last in Indian voting).
If it was all fair, there would have been a different winner and it would have been Amanat and he would have won the competition by a huge margin. And all this would have resulted in a serious problem for Zee tv, as they would have lost huge number of viewers from India for obvious reasons.
I personally do not think that there voting was rigged but the voting restrictions and system played a big role in changing the outcome of this show.
I don’t understand all this brouhaha. Is it that the selection was not “fair”? Would it have been OK if Zee TV had announced previously that their executives would pick the winner? What’s fair about a system that allows everyone to vote any number of times?
The only reason they allowed viewer voting was as a marketing gimmick - it’s to make us believe that we have a stake in the ongoing drama, that we can influence the outcome, whereas in reality no one knows how much each singer is liked (very different than any made up number of votes). For all we know, ZeeTV may even have guesstimated the internet votes. I say that’s as “fair” as any other method.
I’d say people who spent money SMSing their votes have something to complain about. The rest of us, gaming the system, with made up email addresses and multiple votes got taken in just as we deserved.

Zee is hand in glove with Rediff in the whole process. Zee outsourced its online voting process to be handled by rediff and I suspect the overall vote counting as well.
Now, whatever zee wants to communicate to the public, it is doing it through rediff. Obviously, zee can’t be seen criticizing Himesh directly for his actions during the show as the obvious point would arise that Zee should have stopped Himesh during the show and not complain about him now. So, they are using Rediff.

Yes I am aware Zee does not have the guts and is too smart to reprimand Himesh in public…
However if I were them I would figure out a way to regain some respect by recongnizing Raja and Amanat….because honestly its not lookin good for Zee…and u know other stations like Star and Sony will try to blow this up as much as possible (which THEY SHOULD, and i ENCOURAGE!)

I read a few of the above comments and it was very disturb. I did not have the patience to read them all, and I am not going to come back to see who responds to my comment in what way, since the show is over anyway, so no need to start another blog brawl, and no point in bashing me if you don’t agree, coz I am not gonna check this again.
But I can tell you whoever is accusing Ismail Darbar of cheap tactics or whatever and doubting his music talent is probably just saying that in rage and not being serious, or I can at least hope so.
My favorite was Amanat, but I liked Aneek’s singing and Raja’s also. But the reason behind ID’s comment is only his fatherly love towards Amanat. After knowing that Pakistan’s votes were not coming in and most places in Pakistan did not get to see the show, it is quite obvious this was all rigged.
I feel bad for ID as he very naively joined the ever irritating and hateful Himesh Reshammiya in the love story crap and got screwed by Hero Honda guys. Basically, Himesh was the one who dragged Amanat into his stupid love game. For that matter, even Bappi Lahiri participated in it. The only set of judges that made no comment whatsoever on this love story thing was Vishal Shekhar, probably coz none of their contestants were dragged into this. and something tells me they are very professional and sensible, so even if it was one of their contestants they wouldnt have encouraged it.
I don’t see any reason why ID would hate Sonu Nigam, in fact he was one of the people who supported Sonu in his anti-Subhash K Jha comments.
Whoever says ID only made 8 movies and only 3 o 4 hits maybe right with their statistics, but ID is one of the most talented music directors of today. Unfortunately making business in Bollywood is not just about talent, which pretty much explains why Himesh is still being tolerated by masses.
I really feel for ID and Amanat. Aneek is indeed a great singer, I like him too, and Raja also is fabulous is his genre. Speaking of genres, Aneek, Amanat and Raja all have their specialties and genres.
Raja is good for AR Rehman’s voice kind songs, or Nusrat types,
Amanat is good for Kawwalis, Ghazals, and Sufi types also
Aneek is good for Sonu Nigam type, and light peppy songs.
All of them are good, and don’t deserve to be compared. But if it’s a game, it has to be fair, no matter what!

ID has been know to crib before. Check last year’s(2005) programs, he is as bad as they come..
Frankly, he would have known any of these problems, if they were significant, much more before the grand finale. After accepting the results on the podium and making statements from the Bhagavad Gita like - Whatever happened was good and whatever will happen will also be good.
He looks very funny coming out with these kind of statements to the press. Not sparklingly funny like HR but close to it. I think all this is orchestrated by Zee to keep this alive and gain more mileage..In the show business, as they say, all publicity is good, whether its +ve or -ve.

i am pakistani and in now in USA. i just dont get one thing. Why people are kept on saying that pakistan has such and such population and they doid not vote for them..
this is not the point. i am sure pakistan will have great respect for them and they will earn good money from Pakistan.. they dont need india.. Amanat was winner in Dubai if all remember.. he could ev been popular either way..

Good to see all of having arguments about vote rigging. I haven’t watched Zee TV in ages but I found this show to be really amusing and entertaining. Apparently, there was nothing that can be seen as unfair and unjust but there were few instances that prompted me to think about the fairness of this show. Especially with great number of people complaining about not being able to vote from Pakistan. This was a big factor in the winning of the Aneek Dhar. I don’t see anything wrong with Aneek’s singing since he has got a strong singing ability but looking at the show fairly, it goes to show that Amanat and Raja both sang the most difficult songs.
One might think what makes a singer a true singer? I do not possess an in depth knowledge for music, but from a common person point of view, a good singer ought to be able to sing songs with difficult ” Surs”. Among all of the mega finalists only Amanat had this ability. I am not saying he is perfect and infact no one is or can be a perfect singer.
About ID comments, everyone has a right to speak up his mind. If he felt something suspicious, which became obvious as the show moved toward its end, it is his right to comment on that.
Aneek got more attention and praise from guests as compared to other contestants, which is very odd.
Now, a million dollar question. Who is going to find out truth about the transparecy of the show? In my opinion, NO ONE. Sponsors have made fortune. India itself doesn’t have capability to find out the truth due to limited resources and knowledge. But show organizers can do that at their own expense, which is highly doubtful.
In the end I would say, in the real world revolves around money and connections and not around nationalism. I think a person concerned about getting a 50 Mil contract would be least bothered about borders and viewers sentiments. So it was all a big money politic. No matter how big the controversy, will soon be subdued.

I agree with Ismail Darbar but it is too late now. The whole show was manipulated. I did not follow all the episodes and yesterday I watched the episode in which Raja was dropped out and Amanat was promoted to next round.
The situation was very funny. He dedicated the song to the host and Oh my God he became so emotional and started crying. The judges also came on the stage and asked Raja to sing a song. What a emotionally exploited comeback of Raja……M..a…ni…pulaaaaaa…tion my friends!
Anyways! Thanks to the administrators of this website for providing the opportunity to watch the show. No matter what, if you guys upload the next saregamapa show………I will watch it again!!!!!!!!!

Well, the finale left a bad taste and it was really anticlimax in so many ways. Rigging was done to everything of the final.
We in North America, were shown the “Rigged Live Show”. I watched this show just for the purpose of enjoyiong Mussarat & Poonum’s performances but ZEE-USA deprived us those precious moments by cutting Mussarat’s performance to few seconds. I was hoping $hashi will give us a chance to watch the full show but his postings are no different. Can anyone give the link to full performance of Mussarat in the finale??? I will be grateful.
As for vote rigging is concerned, it was obvious and I mentioned in some of my previous posts my concerns and reservations on the ZEE team’s antics. So I m not surprised at all at the final outcome.
Damage has been done to ZEE credibility by its “Creative team” for allowing too much cheap n crap to HR. ID is a bad loser as he showed in 2005 and here he has not done good to much of his own credibility by first joining forces with HR and then showing dissent in the end.
Now it will take a huge effort and time to bring back the credibility of ZEE SRGMP in future. I wish it could be brought back to the original format where only Mahagrus will be the judges till the final.

I agree with u on most of the things u said and appreciate ur good work. I am a Pakistani, residing in calgary, canada. I can see that w/o support of Indian public it would not have been possible for Amanat to come so far. I would say, to be more appreciative to Indian people, that they did it mostly on the grounds of quality of singing rather than giving just a favor to pakistani singers. So hats off to India for their true love of music.
I also believe that even if the public voting system (which logically I don’t agree) has to stay there, its still possible to get the fair result IF the voting system is made fair. But we can’t get fair result if we continue the current format which includes the most unjust clauses such as:
* One person can vote as many times thru sms/phone as his pocket allows
* The producer reserves the right to accep/reject votes without being answerable.
And thats the reason why SRGMP 2005 was won by an average singer Debojit, superseeding the better singers like Nhira, Hemchandra, Himani, and Sharib.
Similar results we ahve seen in IIdol series. And even in SVOI has bited the dust after its best singers (Toshi, Piryani & Abhas) were voted out and they brought them back using all sort of means.
The bottomline is that the best singers of SRGMP 2007 which include Mussarat, Poonum & Amanat (as per my views) have not lost due to public voting but due to ZEE manipulation only.
So, being a Pakistani, but having an overview of these reality shows, I am not shocked from the results of the final although disappointed of course. I have no complaints from Indian people but my regard has increased instead for their true love of music and the honor they have showered upon our pakistani talent.
The main plus of watching this show to me had been the introduction to amazing singing talents of Mussarat, Poonum & Amanat.

I believe that SMS is the right way to measure popularity.
Just imagine when Amanat, Raja or Aneek releases a music CD and no one is buying the CD how you will measure the success of the songs?
Only way we know the success of a music CD is how many copies of them got sold out.
People who are ready to spend money on SMS show how much they really like the singer. They are ready to open their wallet also.
More over Zee TV also needs to make money. This time Zee made Rs. 120 crores only from sponsors. Also because of the popularity it’s getting more and more subscription everyday.
I looked back some of the programs from II3 or VOI yesterday; they can not come even close to SRGMP. So if you want good programs to come you have to allow them to be profitable also.
In return we get good entertainment.

That’s a serious thought. I also agree about the SMS part. I think ZEE needs to continue with SMS but address regional bias in voting through appropriate mechanisms.
Also, I do agree with you about ZEE making money. 101 of Business(basics of business) dictates that ZEE will continue doing a good job if it makes very good money. Also as ZEE makes more money, the competition would want to jump into the moolah and thus there would be many more shows. When there are many more shows, the cost of SMS etc. would come down due to competition pressures.
All in all, I am most optimistic and enthusiastic of having a good time.

My favorites are Mussarat, Poonam and Amanat. I like Raja and Sumedha’s singing too. I guess one of us will have to change the id.
I fully agree with Ismail sahib’s views and what he said seems to be true. Amanat is realy a best singer and everyone who has a sense of music knows it very well, so there is no doubt that he should have been no.1. I blame Zee tv and the cellular services providers, because first, the procedure of voting by public is wrong it should be 50% by public and 50% by the judges. What is the role of judges if they do not have to select the best, do they just have to sit on the seats and support their singer? Secondly, no sms could be sent to any singer from Pakistan especialy since only 4 contestants were left, this was realy a pitty. Amanat was a best singer not because he is Pakistani but as a singer and everyone knows it. Please change the procedure of voting.

Ismail Darbar wages war against Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa

Many singing stars are being born, courtesy the several music shows on the television. Whether or not they go on to attain greater glory is another matter, but the fact remains that the winning post remains elusive for girls.
At least that’s the trend that’s been witnessed all along, and even this year, all the female contenders are slowly being eased out, never mind the talent. Of course, the Indian story is vastly different from the American Idol which, ever since its inception in 2002, has thrown up several female stars including Kelly Clarkson, Fantasia Barrino, Carrie Underwood and Jordin Sparks this year.
When the girls were slowly going out from the show, Javed Akhtar, a judge in one of the music shows angrily spoke about the gender bias that was more than evident in them. But, as he says, “This mindset exists in society. There’s no escaping it however much you may try.”
Giving examples of the way many talented young ladies made their exit from the show, Mouli Dave, a contestant in one of the programmes who was called India’s Shakira, says that the herd mentality is the trend here.
“Voters think that guys have to be voted for because they are the ones who always win,” says Mouli who, though of Gujrati origin, is actually from the US. “Also, here, people still frown upon girls who want a career in showbiz. Voters who belong to normal, middle-class families would rather the female contestants come and take part in these shows and then go back home. This is so unlike the mindset in the US where gender is not taken into consideration and only talent is at stake,” she says.
Bappi Lahiri, a judge at one of the shows, was visibly upset when talented female contestants were ousted. “It’s sheer bad luck. But then that’s what the voting system does. The entire decision-making process should not be left to the janta,” he says. Agrees composer Jatin Pandit who feels at least 50 per cent of the result should depend on the judges’ opinion. “Then, such gender biases would not happen. As people who understand music, we would let only those with talent move ahead,” he says.
Talking about the section of the audience that forms the vote-base, music director Ismail Durbar says that it’s mainly the girls who vote. “And invariably they vote for boys. Even the boys who vote, do so for the male contenders because they prefer girls to sit at home,” he says adding, “And in the process, boys who are good performers and touch a chord with the viewers, get selected. What they forget is that these shows are about music.
Look at Lata Mangeshkar, she was never a performer, nor was Mohammed Rafi, but their names will always be written in the annals of music history.” He gives the example of contestant Poonam Yadav who he thinks should have been a winner. “It was so disappointing for all of us, but then since the results are based on votes, we are all helpless.”
He laughs talking about how female viewers sometimes, go overboard in their obsession with the male contestants. “A girl from Kolkata once landed up in Mumbai to meet Musarrat, a contestant from Pakistan. So you can imagine the amount of SMSes these guys would be receiving. Not that they are not good, but sometime’s girls can be better.”
However, Poonam Yadav prefers looking at the brighter side of things. “So what if I didn’t become a winner. I was among the top four. Gender bias may or may not exist, but I am happy with the kind of work I am already getting. And that’s good enough for me,” she says.
There has been an recent controversy over Aneek Dhar winning the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007. Here are the excerpts between music director Ismail Durbar and Ashish Kaul, head of Corporate Brand Development at Zee. Durbar, who was a judge on the programme, is to be believed rigged voting, unfair judges and undeserving contestants who come up trumps is what reality shows are all about.
Ismail Asks: This year there was no live voting system unlike last year when Debojit won. This year the results were just brought in a sealed envelope to be announced by the celebrity guest Akshay Kumar.
Ashish Kaul Answers: There was no live screen voting system last year. We have an organisation with a modality platform which is largest in the subcontinent. The data is collected when we get the SMSes and then we hand over the results.
Ismail Asks: The judges have no clue about the voting system at all.
Ashish Kaul Answers: Then all the other judges should also say the same thing, but none of them are saying that. Let the other judges also say what Ismail is saying and then I will reply.
Ismail Asks: Going by pure musical standards, Amaanat should have won the contest.
Ashish Kaul Answers: Then he should not have been judge in the first place. He is talking about morality and ethics now. Where was he when in the last season Debojit won the contest and not Vineet, when everyone knew that Vineet was better?
Ismail Asks: Going by the number of votes, Raja, undoubtedly, should have been the winner when Aneek was the least expected to win.
Ashish Kaul Answers: I think it is sheer frustration. He himself is part of the system and if he had a problem then, why raise a voice now? The rules were laid down from day one, there is no point in questioning it now.
Ismail Asks: Last year the voting lines were live and Zee TV didn’t want Debojit to win the contest and that’s why they didn’t pay attention to his career.
Ashish Kaul Answers: We did what we had to. According to Ismail, we wanted Vineet to win and not Debojit, but we went by the viewers’ votes. Debojit won and we respected that decision. One has to understand that there will always be sympathy votes and it also happened in the case of Divakar in Little Champs. No one can say that Sanchita was not up there. So we can’t argue over this at all. According to the format of the show we must give the best possible playback singer, and we stuck to our format. Debojit got what he deserved.
Ismail Asks: Zee TV refused to send singers Aneek and Mouli to my show yesterday in Surat, thus trying to blackmail me to stop talking to the media.
Ashish Kaul Answers: If we wanted to pull out, we could have done that on Monday too, when he had a show, but the fact is that Mouli and Aneek are unwell and so they were unable to perform at the show.
Ismail Asks: Zee TV should make a fiction film rather than a reality show…
Ashish Kaul Answers: All I can say is that we have moved on after Friday when the contest got over, and even he should. It would be great if he concentrates on his career rather than making irresponsible comments.

in challenge 2005, Debojit’s votes were being hampered with so Id spoke out when in fact Zee would have let this go by without anything happening.
ID complaining this time roudn makes sense too. I for the life of me cant understand how a singer who has been internationally voted number 1, fails to win because he didn’t finish number 1 in india?
surely the international votes would outweigh the indian ones? (its common sense)
going back to my point…bring back guru marking systems like they used to, that way, only a guru can mark and declare the winner. only allow public voting until the final and in the final use 3-5 maha guru’s to judge on the winner. this would solve all issues. i would like to see the public blame asha ji, lata ji, jagjit singh etc if they got the decision wrong (they wouldn’t).

Hey dude/dudette, I have a complaint to make. It seems like someone has hijacked my identity and is posting here as musing.
At first I thought thats a musing, I mean amusing. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. And I am indeed flattered(not flatted Mr. Hijacker moron).
Also, the person who has assumed my identity is obviously in Kinder Garten(that’s K.G for the imitator). Because the language used and the grammar(horrors punctuation errors galore!!) is so atrocious that its not too funny. So, I am writing this to you in hopes of this being an opportunity to introduce checks and balances. Should we tie in identity with e-mail id, so that it’s easier to stop these kind of juvenile pranks and also ban non-funny people easily ?

I really cannot comment on the fixing of the results, but one thing is sure, Amanat and Raja will do extremely good in their life. Especially Amanat, he is THE WINNER. Once the pioneers in music, Shri Pandit Jasraj ji and Shri Jagjit Singh ji had declared, there is and cannot be a second opinion. Poor Aneek, nothing against him, but will have to struggle as he has got the conventional voice, which is immature and a bit similar to some of the good singers already in the business.
Raja has a very rustic voice that is appealing. There are not many singers, oh let me see, there is no singer with the same or similar voice has his. Hi sfolk base is excellent.
I hope Amanat and ID ji come up with a new album together…and the title should be “ALABELA SAJAN”

You are so hopeless that you still don’t get the import. You are a person who never accepts her mistakes. You do not use abusive language, however you are the first one to ridicule anyone who doesn’t agree with you. These are below the belt blows made at either the person’s education or upbringing.
These are worse than using abusive language because it shows the true nature of the person who makes these comments. Do you believe in having healthy discussion with people who do not subscribe to your point of view? If yes, then you should discuss the topic on hand and not get into making personal attacks. I have seen you poking fun of people’s names on this forum and now you claim to be holier than thou.

As a fan of yours I really appreciate your entertaining support with film industry and I even accept you as a good judge for India’s famous reality show “Voice of India” briefing about me and my colleagues who watch all the singing reality shows, some times we frame our own marks before the judges give their marks watching on the show. We also noticed that VOI 2008 was also in a good track at the initial stage and now we see a lot of disappointments not from the janata but the singing maestros juris who are judging the singers which is taking the show away from he realities and I think many can come at any time and any body can be kicked out of the show anytime particularly with contestant like Ritisha who was the voice of all the judges when she was just developing and now when she is to the mark she is being neglected like anything the show seems taking unreal turning at this stage where all the judges are supporting their own heros instead of selecting a real singer, lost singer can make re-entry, judges being picked to go out of show, cups/mikes are used for showing anger and many more things we also watch other shows like Indian idol, TVS saregama and other but we are truly happy with the decisions made and remarks given. We hope this thing shall not be there in forth coming reality shows.
