Yesterday we saw the elimination of Sumedha and now remaining are only the top 4 contestants – Amanat, Aneek, Poonam and Raja..
Today is performance round and all contestants will be singing songs to impress the audience..
So, lets begin this musical journey..
Show begins with Bappida’s journey.. The song he sang in shows, elimination of Mauli, Sumedha is shown.. Then it flashes – “We Miss You Bappida”..
Todays guest is Kareena Kapoor
The stage is shown and few dancers are already on stage.. Music begins and Amanat, Aneek, Raja sing “Aa Aa Aashiqui mein teri” from china town.. There are few dancers who are roaming on stage carrying the chineese dragon..
Poonam enters and sings “Mera man dole, mera tan dole”.. As she leaves, Aditya starts dancing on the title track of Jab We Met.. Kareena is shown putting the make-up.. She then walks wearing her high heels and enters the stage.. Aditya greets her and says “Not only he but also all the boys out here must be happy”..
Kareena – I am more nervous being here.. The contestants must be tensed as they are waiting for the results and I am sure with all our support they will do well..
Aditya asks the mentors to say something here..
Vishal – Its a pleasure having you here.. Contestants must be happy seeing you.. Just wave them a HI..
Himesh – Kareena is number 1 actress in the industry and no one can deny that.. I have read the script of the new movie and I am sure, she will get an award..
Kareena thanks Himesh and says, “You did a great job in your movie”..
ID – I like you so much and you are a very good actress..
Aditya asks her to say something about Jab we met.. She says its a love story and a Girl from Bhatinda (Kareena) meets a Business man (Shahid).. Its a journey where we meet in a train and miss the train and how we fall in love and what happens at the end is the USP of the show..
Himesh – Please tell the Bhatinda dialogue for all the fans as its a hit already..
She says “Yeh hamesha yaad rakhna ki mein bhatinda ki sikhni hoon”..
She then leaves the stage and meets the mentors..
Aditya announces that today there will be 2 rounds and in first round contestants will sing the songs of Kapoor family..
First to perform is Yalgaar Gharana:
Amanat Ali
Amanat comes on stage and welcomes Kareena to the show and says in Pakistan Kapoor family is very famous and you too.. I have heard that your great grand father was from Lahore and so dedicate this song for him..
He sings Pyaar Hua ik raar hua from Shree 420.. MD – Shankar Jaikishen and Singer – Manna Dey and Lata..

kareena – Splendid.. I want to give you standing ovation.. It emotionally chocked me.. I always listen to this song when I am low.. I loved your performance.. The softness, love in your song was very good.. “You will make Pakistan proud”..
Himesh – Superb, Mind Blowing, Fantasitc – 10.. To Aneek – You have more pressure now.. He sings well, he is ahead of you and also in love.. So, you need to give great performance today as you have promised to your love..
Vishal – Sur Bhikhre.. But emotionally was very good.. Gives 10
ID – You are versatile.. You sing very well.. Do your job and leave it to god
Second contestant – Poonam:
She sings Poocho zara Poocho from Raja Hindustani.. MD – Nadeem Shravan.. Singer – Alka..

kareena – very nice and good song.. This is Karishma’s song and I was present during shoot.. I was around 16-17 then.. This song was lucky for Karishma and she got filmfare.. Hope this is lucky for you too..
Vishal – asks were you feeling uncomfortable? She says she has sore throat.. He says, if you sing like this in sore throat.. then its great.. gives 10
Himesh – I guess you are afraid of something.. May be you are afraid if you will get eliminated.. Dont think you are getting sympathy votes.. You will do well.. Just dont be afraid
ID – Remember the sholay dialogue – “Jo dar gaya, so mar gaya”.. So, be careful..
Raja Hasan from Hit Squad:
Raja sings yeh jawaani hai deewani from Jawaani Deewani.. Singer – Kishore Kumar.. MD – RD Burman..

Vishal – You are back.. You have to only do riyaz.. Dont think about the finals.. Audience are shouting once more.. what else to say.. You were brilliant..
Kareena – I enjoyed.. Cant stop smiling.. Fantastic..
Himesh – Josh was there, energy was good.. But Sur bhikhre.. It wasnt the best of the 15 performances you have given.. You can do much much better..
ID – Yes, you can do much better.. But its good that you are singing different style of songs, it is needed to prove you are a complete singer..
Himesh starts his debate with Vishal.. The same versatility issue.. You were not the best today.. you can do it much better.. You should have chosen a better song.. This wasnt among the best..
Vishal says, according to me he did well.. I would give 200 for his performance.. To Himesh – I was the one to give him this song, so dont blame him for song selection.. A sufi singer if he can sing this well, then it is appreciatable..
Himesh – I agree with Vishal.. Audience please note that I agree with Vishal.. But again I would say, this wasnt the best.. Raja will get his fan sympathy votes, but he needs to improve a lot.. You are the best contestant of the no. 1 show, and you have to maintain that level.. gives 9
vishal to Raja – from next time, we will work on this song selection..
ID – This stage is big and you have to maintain that level here.. Gives 9
I told Poonam to be careful.. Same goes for you.. If need to protect a contestant, we can do at anytime…
Aneek Dhar from Rock Gharana:
Aneek sings Jaane Jaan dhoondta phir raha from Jawaani Deewani.. Singer – Kishore.. MD – RDB
Comments:
Himesh – Excellent.. “Kal ke paap dhul gaye”.. This was one of the best..
Vishal – I am not satisfied.. This wasnt among the top 15.. Sure, this was best of the evening, but it was not the best.. You are a kickass singer.. But you can do much better…
Himesh asks audience – Do you think Vishal is right? I dont think so..
Vishal – There will be 3-4 singers who will come out of this stage and one will be you.. But this wasnt the best.. still i give you 10
ID – after all this fight, I cannot think of giving less than 10.. He was talking over the phone, when the fight was going on…
There is a sweet surprise for Kareena.. She is called on stage and there are few kids who bring bouquet and cake.. She cuts the cake and there is huge celebration on the sets.. Contestants sing baar baar yeh din aaye and this is played.. ID gives cake to her..
Kareena – Iam truly touched and God bless you all.. Raja gives a flower for her.. Himesh asks the audience to wish her luck and pray that she get all that she wants..
Second Round:
Contestants will sing Kareena’s songs..
Amanat first gifts her a salwar kameez from Pakistan.. He sings you are my sonia from K3G
Vishal asks Kareena to go on stage.. All MDs go on stage and after performance Himesh says I give 10.. Asks vishal how much.. He says 10.. Himesh – I want to invite Imtiaz Ali for music release.. He says, Imtiaz is not a person to speak, but would ask him to say something..
Imtiaz ali – I am so glad to receive such a huge welcome.. Thanks to Himesh, vishal and Ismail darbar..
Poonam gives a lucknowi kurta.. She sings behta hain man kahiin from chameli..
Comments:
Kareena – Liked the song.. This is fim is very important to me.. I loved it.. You gave a nostalgic feeling for me..
Himesh – You are a good singer.. You can sing 1000 times better.. Gives 8
Vishal – Like yesterday, I will give 10 to you..
ID – Where you have to hit sixer, you are getting clean bowled.. Only god can help..
Himesh – If you have to go out, its not because of your performance, but because of your throat

Vishal as usual whistles during the song.. Everyone enjoys.. Audience shout – once more..
Kareena – Audience have given the verdict.. You were fantastic..

Himesh – Dus.. Gives 10.. very good, fantastic..
Vishal – Mindblowing, Awesome.. Dil khush kardiya.. I thought you will not hit the high notes properly, but you did a great job..
Aneek says to Kareena – I dont believe I am standing in front of you.. He too gives her a gift.. But she does not open it.. so, dunno wats there in that..
Himesh – You gave the best performance of the evening, you should maintain that stand..
He sings Lets do balle balle from Fida.. Kareena was dancing.. Aditya comes on stage and says – Kareenaji was enjoying and so for her, once more..
Aneek says, there is a wish that Kareena must say – “Aankhon hi aankhon mein, baatein hi baaton mein tune churaya jiya”.. She says that..
She says i give 100/100 for him..
Vishal – Marks ki koi gunjaish hi nahin hain.. gives 10
ID gives 10
All come on stage.. Aditya was nearing Aneek that Himesh pulled him and made him stand beside Kareena..
Aditya asks who is Titan of the day.. Himesh asks Kareena to say.. But she refuses.. So, Himesh decides to present her the watch for her birthday..

Today is friday and hold on for another elimination.. With just top 5 now, every elimination is going to be tough scene to watch for… So, lets begin the update for today:
Aneek is with a guitar singing chaand mera dil.. He is sitting on a chair.. The stage has blue lights.. Amanat sings “Jaane wafa”.. Raja sings “tum kyaa jaano mohobbat kya hain”.. All the other contestants are standing at the back and dancing.. Poonam and Sumedha sing mil gaya humko saathi mil gaya.. All the contestants sing together the same song..
Aditya greets everyone.. Recap of last week’s episode is shown.. In the order – Raja, Aneek, Sumedha, Amanat, and Poonam..

Himesh – Aditya says, Karz is going to be remade and Himesh is the hero and MD of the film.. He asks about this to Himesh and he says – Lot of responsibility is on my shoulder.. I have to satisfy the expectation.. This is a big challenge.. Im going to loose 7-8 KGs and the process of become more handsome is going on.. There is going to be 5 more films made for Himesh and about which we all will come to know soon.. About Aneek’s performance he says If Kishoreda tonal quality is not there in someone, then its impossible to sing his songs.. This song is not for Aneek.. But he did well..
Bappida – You sang well.. Bappi Lahiri and Kishore Kumar have always gone together.. You did justice..
Vishal – Today it was not that good but if someone is asked to wear this clothes and asks me to sing, it will be impossible.. You did a good job..
ID – Every contestant will keep one note lower to the original singer, but you kept one note higher, you are a great singer..

Universal music and Zee TV has released an album named Manzil in which the top 10 challengers have sung.. A small promo of it is shown.. The album is rleased on stage..

You definitely did not sing better than Amanat and Raja also proved himself today.. But there is one more performance of yours tomorrow.. So, dont worry and concentrate on that.. Aditya sings those lines which he sang in the song.. ID asks him to sing in his child voice.. He sings and ID says – you will become 10 crore hero..
ID – you should be thankful to public and dont think you are not number 1.. For Poonam I would like to say – Today is the first time she has come in danger zone.. You are the true winner.. Dont cry if you loose.. Khushi Khushi vidaa hona zaroori ahin..
Bappida – Your voice has a karishma.. Settle down in Bombay, you have brihgt future.. I told that if you win or loose, I will do a free fshow for Chattisgargh.
Vishal – It feels difficult to see someone to leave from here.. You both have done it well.. Take Care and God Bless for who ever leaves and the other concentrate as we want to see you in top 1..
Himesh – Sumedha has a contemprory voice..
Globe of fortune is rotated and Poonam is safe..
So, Sumedha is eliminated!!!
Sumedha – I thought I will not cry, but she breaks down.. Bappida goes on stage..
Bappida – I cannot say anything for public voting.. Even I want to see who makes to top.. My blessings are always with you.. you will become a top singer..
Sumedha’s journey in Vishwayudh is shown..
Sumedha’s Father – I am thankful to Bappida and Zee TV for giving such a big platform.. But its SMS because of which she is eliminated Chattisgargh is small place and Zee TV comes in very few places.. Thats why she is eliminated.. But happy, she has come upto this stage..
Vishal – Just now I talked to Shekhar and he was also feeling very sad.. Asks Sumedha If you can, can you record a song for us next week?
She breaks down totally then continues – I will miss ths stage, contestants, and Aditya.. Thus, the show ends and Sumedha gets eliminated..

For the past few weeks in SaReGaMaPa, we have been watching the Triangular Love Story drama involving three contestants of the show, being taken up by the mentors.
Since then much to the discomfort of the three participants who have been named in this triangular love story, its been advertised and hyped repeatedly week after week and this week it crossed all limits.
This week those involved mentors made a mockery of the girl and treated her like a lifeless doll, while refusing to hear any comments made by the two guys denying it thus subjecting her and the other two participants to a lot of embarrassment by making them dance to their tunes and their repeated insinuations of this supposed love story was in real poor taste.
In the name of decency, lets all file a petition to please stop this charade at once and respect the dignity of the participants and to stop these fabricated love dramas, and stop such types of harassments once and for all.

and express your views regarding this to them..

Good news for Mauli Dave’s fans…She sings two tracks in Mitul and Mukul’s new album ‘To Kya Ho’. Now I know you will ask who they are … They are two brothers for whom music is almost second nature and much more than just a way to fame. They sing, they compose and write their own music. They are US-based artists who have already begun their climb to success (Their first album was Sajaniya).
Now what’s special about this album…Our beloved Mauli Dave is featured in the two tracks of this album. The first one is ‘Dil Dhadakne Laga’ and the second one is ‘ Kaisi Yeh Deewangee’. I really liked her voice especially in the second track. In ‘Dil Dhadakne Laga’ I feel the composition is very soft one and her sound doesn’t suit for this song. But anyway, its way better than her performances on saregamapa…

Yesterday, we saw the elimination of Mussarat (and all the rubbish drama on the stage)..Today, the Top Five Maharathi of ‘Saregamapa Challenge 2007 – Sangit ka pratham Vishwayudya’ are going to battle for the title. So with the hope this episode will fulfil our expectations, lets start the live updates….
The stage is fully decorated like a marriage hall.. There is a mandap and its all decorated with lights and flowers and its also written “Shubh Vivah”.. There are two chairs were a girl and boy are sitting like bride and bridegroom.. Poonam and Amanat are on stage.. Poonam sings Aaj hai sagar from pyaar toh hona hi thaa.. Poonam leaves and Sumedha joins.. Amanat and Sumedha, both sing sajan ji ghar aaye from kuch kuch hota hain.. Aditya enters and Amanat leaves.. Poonam and Sumedha are on stage with Aditya.. They sing Chal pyaar hum tujhko uthakar le jaayenge from jab pyaar kisi se hota hain.. The stage is decorated like a shaadi ka mandap.. There is also a mandap arranged on the cornor of the stage.. There are many girls and boys dancing along with the participants.. Raja makes an entry in a horse like a bharat entering the mandap and le jaayenge le jaayenge song is played.. Aneek enters the stage and sings joote lelo paise lelo from hum aapke hain kaun.. They also sing balle balle from bride and prujidice together.. Aditya lifts Sumedha at the end of the song.. She then enters the stage like a dulhan and sits in the paalki and sings paalki mein hoke sawaar chali re from khalnaayak.. They all lift the paalki and leave the stage..
Aditya says, shaadi’s celebration is more to come and a marriage without Dhlo is incomplete and so, dhol team is here..
Guests – Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu and Rajpal Yadav..
Tusshar – I came here before 2 yrs and everyone are my fav and everyone have given music for my films..
Aditya says its a Fun filled film
Kunal – its a story about 4 friends and how to make money, they all get caught and wat masti they do..
Rajpal Yadav – We are happy to be here..
Kunal – I always watch this show religiously.. Not to forget those who are not here.. You all have made a bonding with every viewer.. You have bright future.. Thanks to the mentors and zee tv where we watch these talent Congrats to mentors..
Rajpal – It was very well said by Tusshar and Kunal, no one is bad and no one is good.. Everyone can be a winner.. Do well in the field you have chosen..

Kunal – Always liked your performance.. I loved your piya hazi ali.. I also saw the AV were you all played the scene from Raja Hindustani were I was the hero Aneek played my character.. Says to Aneek “I called Raja as Ustad but you called bhaiyah”.. That was also good..
Tushar – I love this song and always listen to it.. I loved the high notes.. You gave a new look to the song..
Tusshar – The body language was good and matched your singing..
Bappida – Excellent performance.. Anthra was good.. Sur accha laga.. High notes were good.. Thanks to VS for training you.. gives 10

Himesh – I want you to come in the finals and but was not the best performance.. You can do well and compared to the performances were you became the number 1, this was not the best and your graph is falling down.. But you will come to finals and I ask public to vote for you.. gives 10
Vishal – Like Himeshji said, The graph is falling down and with training from all the mentors you will do well..
Shekhar – I feel this performance was one of the best.. I hope people will listen to Himesh’s request.. Your energy level and high notes were too good..
Sumedha Karmahe from Josh Gharana:
Before Sumedha’s performance Bappida requests all of them to vote for her and esp her home town where there are more than 2 crore people..
Sumedha sings Bole chudiyaan from Kabhi khushi kabhi gham..
Kunal – You look pretty and your voice is also sweet.. You are a barbie doll and you are living upto their expectation..
Tusshar – You have the quality of singing all type of songs..
Rajpal – There is no words to describe the performance.. It was so good.

Himesh – you all performed very well..
ID – Whatever is between them that we are saying is false.. Himesh cuts him and says no its all true.. Ismailji says – now that my son is playing shehnai, I should only lie..
Bappida says they are singing together but Dil mein ladoo phoot rahe hain

ID – When you sing the high notes, you sometimes give with ease and sometimes there is strain.. but gives 10
Bappida – You didnt feel shy to sing and sang so many times.. Himesh’s idea was too good.. I loved it..
Aditya announces about the Rock and Roll family dance show and a small AV of the BMTD team dancing is shown..
Aditya announces that the gharana which was very small is the biggest now and thats Yalgaar gharana..
Amanat Ali from Yalgaar Gharana
Amanat comes on stage.. Greets the guests and says “Rajpal’s comedy is very famous in Pakistan”.. Rajpal replies to it saying I am happy to listen to it
Amasnat sings sona sona from Major Saab.. Film Major Saab.. Singer – Sudesh Bhonsle and MD – Anand Raj Anand..
Sumedha and Aneek brings the guests on stage for dancing with the dancers for the song..

Himesh says, “I am going to come to your house for lunch”.. Bappida welcomes him.. Himesh again asks Amanat what he wants.. Amanat says I just want you to ask votes for me.. Himesh asks votes for him and also for all the other participants.. He addresses Sumedha as Dulhan
For tusshar Himesh says – He is from such a big family and his films have 95% success ratio.. and Rajpal is big legend.. Kunal has done very few films and Who ever comes here, they are having great success ratio..
ID – I always wanted Amanat to open up, and today he did.. I want to thank akl the mentors for suporting all the contestants.. Usually
Music Album of Contestant
First music album of these contestants have released and its called Bal Ganesh.. Amanat, Aneek, Junaid, Sumedha, Mauli and Nirupama have sung in this album and its music is given by Sameer Tandon.. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, Bal Ganesh has come to release the CD and give a copy to the mentors and contestants.. Rajpal Yadav gets the blessings of Ganeshji and requests him for the success of the film dhol.. A small AV of the recording and the album is shown..
The contestants had gone to Ahmedabad and done a stage show.. That AV is shown..
Pooonam Yadav from Yalgaar Gharana:

Aneek Dhar from Rock Gharana:
Bappida announces that there is a film in Bengali that is going to be made and the producer is here to get Aneek to sing for that film and he is a big fan of Aneek and he also says that he is singing this duet with Sumedha.. Himesh thanks Bappida and says, “Sumedha might feel bad for me always linking her with Aneek and she might be thinking, I dont love him, then why do I keep saying this”.. He says, “I am sorry, I have to be with Aneek otherwise Amanat will take and go”..
Aneek thanks Bappida and says I am happy and always get confidence when you are here thinking that there is one Bengali here.. Bappida and Aneek sing a Bengali song and that is dedicated to Sumedha.. That song means “Write this moment in your heart and you will remember this forever”
Aneek sings Mahive from Kal Ho Naa ho..
Himesh comes on stage before he ends the song and asks him to sing the anthra again.. He says, his parents who are there on the sets will be proud of him and its because of their presence that he is singing so well .. And today’s is the best performance till now..
The track is played again and Aditya sings the song along with Aneek.. Himesh calls all the mentors and the guests on stage.. They all dance.. Himesh asks to give the numbers…
Bappida and ID give 10
Shekhar says 10,000
Rajpal says arab
Tusshar and Kunal say 10..
He also asks Sumedha to give the points and she says 10..
Himesh makes Sumedha to stand beside Aneek, then ID comes and takes her and makes her stand near Amanat..
Tusshar is asked to announce spark of the day and that is Aneek..
Aditya asks the mentors to decide the titan of the day who will get the slimmest watch in the universe.. Himesh says Sumedha.. ID says, “Himeshji ki choice sir aankhon par”.. So, Sumedha gets the watch..
They all end the show with the song from dhol..
