This show has become a farce. What a joke
The name of this show SRGM has nothing to do with what is being searched for in the show ….people like Abhijeet, Aditya, Shreshta and some really good quality singers have had to leave the show. There was a chance that Amanat could have also have left…all this for whom? Good Quality Singers ?
Well we definitely know what good quality SRGM is in this show…
Now, I wish and Hope that Mauli wins. This is exactly what everyone deserves.

I cant understand y guys are alwaz against HR..i m nt his fan…his anti publicity is making him even more famous…i mean here the issue is SRGMPC 2007…. ppl like amanat, aneek, mussarat, poonam and sumedha are admired by every1 and shudnt be voted out so early…n i guess its a zee tv’s manipulation to put amanat in last three…n guys dont u think mauli alwaz sings in 1 tone…she was singing sad and emotional song in a mujra tone…. the song selection was bullshitttt in accordance with her voice !!! and i was shocked y did raja suck…he sucked big time…literally haggg (potty) diya aaj to..aur woh bhi ekdum phachar phachar style mei :)))….. i think sumedha was best today with chittiye…she roxxx…and guys please vote for amanat…to maintain credibility of SRGMP…genuine singers like amanat shud go upto top four at least….

This is 100% true that this show is becoming a farce. The biggest shock is Amanat’s getting trishanku which is I dont know why it s not coming into my head as a good and suitable reason. Why it happened I dont know and you people must be surprised too. What about Mauli if she got highest votes. Oh my God, this was a rediculous thing which showed that this show is the name of Mauli’s Sare Gama Pa Show. It seems like she will win this competition. Moreover, she again sang a sad song with her nasal voice which was completely out of sur. It didnt connect to my heart. I will respect only sur and confidence and ofcourse performance. I like Sumedha’s performance and I think she sang very nicely a very different kinda song in her sweet voice. It really attracted me. I like Mussarat’s attempt on Himesh track. Tanhaiyan is no doubt a HR based song which is not very easy to sing. Poonam were ok as usual and I like Aneek’s song too but he should try to sing a different style of track. Junaid was ok but need more effort in singing and Shekhar’s opinion was right about what he said to Junaid. I agreed with that. I didnt like Raja’s performance this time. It was not up to the mark.Harpreet and joy were ok with their songs. Anyway, I’m really very disappointed with day by day decreasing level of charm of this show. It might be due to some technical and political things involved in this show.
I agree completely with the person above. I think everyone’s performance has actually gone down. The performances had started to peak for everyone and we were seeing a totally different level as far as everyone was concerned.
With the Minger factor, people are not sure as to what this is anymore… and therefore do not what to do to win. There seems to be some kind of helplessness.
Which is good, I am sure everyone wants this stupid show to implode and the grand Minger to win. It happens automatically now.
maulis nasal voice sounded horrible … cudnt wait for her to stop. it was sooo pathetic. i too was a mauli fan for mayya mayya and i have nothing against her but for god’s sake SHE CANT SING!! she always chooses songs whch are easy but still doesnt do a gud job. like for example todays song too was almost like talking….n she didnt appeal at all!!
I too have the same say, I have nothing against Mauli and her Maiya Maiya was really good and the judges appreciated it too. Then No Entry song and the next one was good but All other songs were not good at all. Why these judges keep appreciating her singing, even if it is not good. Why BL is bend upon spoiling Shakira’s name and Mauli’s confidence had turned to over-confidence. Judges, dare to say the truth if not good, mention it, are you scared of anyone? SAREGAMAPA fan!
Stunning results. One thing is absolutely clear.. you and I are wasting our money in SMSs. It is not counted.
One of the following is true :
1) I have no musical sense or maybe I am deaf
2) Mauli is really popular; All that “I hate Mauli” posts are repeat posts from one person or handful of people.
3) Zee is rigging this show.
I know 1) is not true because I am a trained karnatic and hindustani singer myself.
I dont mind 2) because, it shows only I have a different opinion. The rest of the world is appreciating Mauli, which is fine.
If 3) is true, then that is very sad. It is like pulling the rug from underneath all srgmp fans.
I know one thing for sure though, in the US, no srgmp fan I know (about 150) likes Mauli’s voice. Many Indians are crazy for all three Pak singers. We have voted for them each time. So, there is no racisim in this show from the public’s side. C’mon how can we NOT vote for Musarrat after his last performance??

I don’t know what Zee people actually want…they have named this contest an International Muqabla then what on the earth they are up to??No offense friends but let me say that for most of the times ur Janta and Gurus all are BIASED…Almost all are best but why this YELLOW LIGHT thing is always for those whose performances speak of their talent?? I admit that Mussarat,Amanat and Junaid are not getting much votes from their own country..but we shouldn’t overlook the fact that majority of people there don’t have cable system and can’t watch Zee TV..again if U are hunting for a Talented Singer..then it’s unfair to vote contestants out on basis of region and race.
Abhijit has been voted out..Pardon me but I think he is a far better singer than Mauli..Y judges always praise her..she may be a good singer but when compared to others contestants she ain’t that good..
One more thing..it’s really a great idea to take public consent but to be honest we Asians are so emotional..most of the time we vote out of our love for some1 who is not deserving but because he/she is from our region or community, we feel it our moral obligation to vote them..I think there should be some way out to compliment such injustice..like jury of two or three renowned judges whose Judgment coupled with Public voting should be the last decision..

Amanat is from Dubai.(Dubai ke Mahabali) Zee is very popular there and i am sure they wud vote for the only contestant from their country. Besides Pakistan being his motherland he would definately get some votes from there too. I would just like to say that I am from the US and i absolutely was shocked that mauli got the highest vote. I personally do not like her voice. I am finding that amanat and sumedha are by far the most consistent and definitely deserve to be play back singers. My next two favorite have to be aneek and mussarat who also have had outstanding performances. I was quite disappointed to see amanat as a trishanku. I completley agree with most of the opinions here in that something is very wrong if Mauli, who I think should be voted off, gets the highest votes, and amanat becomes the trishanku. What is going on Zee?

This has to be rigged. How can the weakest singer get the highest votes? Mauli was screaming through her nose, and it was so pathetic, i had to turn down the volume. himmesh reshammiya sings though his nose too, but he is never out of tune, and his singing doesnt arouse anger in me. i respect this show for giving us good singers in the past. i will be more than happy if mauli gets the boot.
this time, my top singers were:

i don’t think anyone including mussrrat can beat his last week’s performance. according to me, he should reach the top 5 just on his previous performance. this time, he was not that impressive though.

The hell on judges. they are so against junaid. Bappi lehri is the only man in this world who beleaves that junaid cant sings low notes properly. So Bappi bhai what can we say to u….?
Junaid is far better then Amanat, Raja, Aneek and mussarat. Perhaps you judges dont like to see such a great talent rising in this show and going ahead.
He sings low notes better then all other contestents. When Junaid sings low notes his voice becomes more sexier and attractive.

This is just the politcs of u judges supporting other weak singers from Pak and not junaid.

Hi guys big new its been from reliable source that Mauli’s father has sold his house and renting at the moment just to make his daughter win the show. He’s spending the money like anything to increase the vote. This is not fair with other contestant i think all the contestant should step back from show and to replace judges first and then judges will decide who won or lost not the so called “janta”. I am from UK and know many people in media here bec i work very closely with these people and from the comment of BAppi L she’s so popular here i would say Bappi Lehri which London have u been recently do you call bangladesh London or your own fantasy world where Mauli comes in your dream and waking you.

I was a big fan of the show but now after this shocking restult from this episode it’s crystal clear Zee Tv is all playing and we all are wasting our votes. People are just trying to get rises out of others now. The facts are that SaReGaMa results are disappointing for the masses who cannot seem to understand how Amanat is in the bottom and Mauli is in the top. If you like Mauli or not everyone agrees that Amanat should be at or near the top. Now if ZeeTV is trying to create controversy to get higher viewer-ship and more voting (Money) then that is sad. But there are no alternatives, as the talent in both II3 and SVOI are lacking. The best singers are still in SRGMP whether you want to consider Mauli in that or not is up to you. I certainly do not.
The best singers in my opinion:
1. Amanat/Poonam
2. Raja/Aneek/Mussarat
3. Junaid/Sumedha/Abhijit (even though he was kicked out)
4. Joy/Mauli

Even in India people train in the classical arts but more in the west and south. But the south is not hindi/urdu speaking.
Whoever wrote this comment for paki people should keep in mind that we’re pakistani people and we’re proud to be pakistani as we’re not doing anything in this show. All is done preplanned and we always respect the true singer. It can be from India or Pakistan. The major thing is sur and performance and that is why our singer are more popular in India even in all around the world. So please dont consider us we jerk about any person. This not attack on any particular single person so please dont write these harsh words by mentioning Pakistani people name. U dont have any proof because most of the people use Anonymous which means it can be any person. Why it happened to be count on Paki people eiether if someone is pointed out on Mauli’s performance. Why you’ve doubt on pakis. Please try to use specific country name as we’re not attacking any specific country for anything. And atlast but not atleast all singers from Indian, UAE and Pakistan are singing good except Mauli and this is fact. I hope Mauli’s fans wouldnt mind it.

It has been balanced and people appreciate whoever is the best singer…This is about singing, which is the voice of soul…so pls. respect that and discuss peacefully with mutual respect.
And I agree about Mauli…her voice is not from Soul (will not like to comment where it’s from, but not from soul). So plz. vote her out.
This is in response to the person who said that there is a good tradition in South and West India. 2005 SRGMP showcased Hemachandra, who has stood out as one of the all time greats in SRGMP.
He had a classical singing background and will definitely establish himself as one of leading vocal exponents of this generation across the globe.
And many others like him, so India has a very good gurukul system and is seeing a lot of well trained talent. This is not a defensive response, but an objective one. I think today in India we can be reasonably happy with our adherence to culture and tradition of Hindustani/Karnatic classical schools.
Pls. don’t pass such comments on Indian traditions.

Don’t make a singer yours or ours and try to prove that your singers are always better. Singers are of a community of their own, they don’t belong to any region. And what you have said regarding the Classical singing training in Pakistan and not in India, that’s not true. Except the SUFI gharana Pakistan has no other Gharana(GURUKUL) where as In india several Gharanas are still existing. You will find Hundustani, Karnataki, Udramagadhi(Odishi) styles of Institutions in India. They are doing lot of research on the Ocean of Music. For your kind information, the true classical singer don’t come to prove his knowledge in commercial TV shows. Classical singing is a devine knowledge and needs consistent SADHANA (RIYAAZ). There is no need to prove this while you are communicating to the ALMIGHTY through this. So never say this with your limited knowledge about Classical singing. But in SRGMP contest , Singers from Pakistan (we have never thought Pakistan and Bangladesh are separate from us AKHAND BHARAT) are good singers like other singers from India. You should be happy that Indian talent shows are showing interest in these singers and giving them a chance and Most of all Indian government is opening its boundary for better reason. So take it like that and don’t make this a battle ground by saying Indians are favouring their singers etc. We love all singers as singers only, may he be from any part of the world.
Isn’t there any way we could do something about this crap. I mean can’t we sign a petition to kick out mauli…..or ban the show….or something,…anything to save the little bit of dignity that has left in the show.
I would seriously appreciate if the management team of SAREGAMAPA realise that the popularity of this program is not because of any incapable singer’s seductive ways…but for the quality of singing talent it reflects as we find in case of singers like Raja, Amanat,Poonam,Aneek,Mussarat. But what they are doing now is utterly disgusting!! Please wake up..come to senses and please send the girl out,Mauli does not deserve to be in this show, may be in Indian Idol please!!

We have proudly embaraced Ghazals from Pakistan (Mehdi Hassan, Ghulam Ali, Farida Khanum), we introduced Pop to Pakistan by introducing Pakistan’s Nazia Hassan to Pakistan. What more can I say?? Then came Alamgir and the others to take Pak Pop to the heights where it is today. I remember watching Strings perform “Sar kiye yeh pahad” on TV way back in the 90s and went crazy over them like millions of other Indians. India is a musical land.
So please dont accuse India of being biased against Pak singers. If Junaid, Amanat and Musarrat do well in their performances, and if there is no rigging by Zee, nothing can stop them from reaching the top.

Hi i’m somebody from this planet, anyways I would like to say that it is really sad to even have a doubt about the fairness of this show. All viewers trust these judges. However who says that these judges are capable to be judges!(but that’s an other sort of question). I am against this SMS voting, because we asian people are totally emotional, if you understand what i’m saying. Todat i think that even if mauli starts singing well, she doesn’t deserve to be at this stage, because she should have been out from it earlier. Shresta and Saberi were far better contestants that her. Mauli got the most votes, that is just incredible. If Zee TV is manipulating, (which i hope not) than that would be really a shame. But what can we do, only watch and give our money to them through votes. Nowadays everything is controled by money and sometimes money spoils people.

the show is slowly turning into something like indian idol. i watched this show on TV after a long time, and was shocked to see a good singer being voted out.
Its sad that people for voting for a singer not looking at her voice or tonal quality or how she sings. People are voting based on the following:
1. Her only performance Mayya Mayya.
2. Cos of idiotic judges who go gaga about her as she is from US or something else.
3. She sings just like Bappi da.
I have to say I am disappointed…amanat(with such as great voice) being in the bottom three, while Mauli gets the highest votes. There’s something wrong. Just because she’s from the US (which I am from too) that does not mean that she’s a superstar.
Completely agree with all the posters aboe on Mauli/Amanat/the show’s credibility.
I’m surprised, though, that noone pays attention to how Sumedha picks really easy songs week after week and gets away with that. Also, Poonam, who I think is the best singer among the girls, has NO SWEETNESS or compassion in her voice or the way she sings. Remember how well Nihira sang the same song (Hamesha Tumko Chaaha)??? I could feel none of that in Poonam’s performance. I find her singing to be very….COLD. It’s always technically correct, but that’s about it. (This doesn’t mean I like Mauli; I hate her as much as the next person.)

First i don’t think janta voted for Mauli to be #1 ( i don’t think so) secondly i don’t think janta’s have voted least for amanat that he became trishanku. This is all picked by saregamapa’s. You guys are wasting your time by watching this pathetic bunch of singers. No singer has given consistent performance. Sometimes Amanat sings good, sometime Raja. singers like Mauli or Mussarat have only given 1 good performance. Rest are not even worth mentioning.
I like Voice of India better just based on talent. While I dont like judge drama that goes on there, singers in that show are better anytime. Look at quality of Abhilasha, Sumitra, Thoshi or Aabhas. They are too good.
SVOI is garbage. The majority of singers on that show are garbage they sound like little kids you cannot sing.
