Today is friday and elimination episode.. One among the nine participants will be leaving the stage today and this performance will be the last performance of theirs.. So, keep your fingers crossed and get along the ride
Today’s Theme - Romantic Songs Round
The show beings with Aditya and the contestants singing Salaam-e-ishq title song.. The stage is decorated with lots of haeart baloons.. In front of he globe there is a heart and every contestant comes from behind that heart.. First to come is Aditya,then follows Aneek, Amanat, Harpreet then all the contestants follow one by one.. They all are dancing and the stage is looking beautiful..
Aditya says today is faisla ka shukruvaar and before that these contestants will sing pyaar ishq and mohobbat ke songs..
This week we ave got 21+ lakh votes.. there is total of 42+lakh votes including the last week.. so, with this they will decide who will be out..
Format Change:
this week there will be no trishanku, no lights but there will be a globe of fortune where the faces of contestants will be shown and the globe will stop and show one face of a contestant who is through to the final 8..
The globe rotates and the first face to appear in the globe this week is - Poonam..

She is called on stage and she sings - Pyaar toh hona hi thaa title song.. Jaswinder Nirula song..
She is wearing a white skirt and red tops.. She appeals to the viewers for votes..

Aditya asks HR about this.. He says - You sang very well last week.. We are greatrful to all the viewers for voting.. Please maintain the bond of relationship.. Whoever may win or which ever gharana wins, please maintain the bonding and that is more important..
Aditya says Mussarat went to his hometown Lahore, Pakistan.. He is given a star welcome and he says he is very happy that he has got this grand welcome.. His Sister says All are asking for him in the university and asks what song he is going to sing.. His father and mother wish that he reaches the finals and is happy that he has reached so far..
He sings Rafta Rafta from Namaste London..
Himesh - You could have done lot more better.. But you did justice to the song because this has been composed for a certain genre and that does not suit you.. But still you have done your best.. You did not copy and did it in your own original voice.. He says he wants to prove this and so he will sing two lines and show for the viewers to judge.. He then asks the producers to rewind and make the viewers listen to the same lines so as to prove that Mussarat has done a great job.. He appeals to the viewers to vote for Mussarat and requests them not to make this small family even more small just like Ismailji says..

She sings Mehboob mere from fiza.. She is wearing a white top with some red flowers and she is wearing a red skirt.. She too appeals to the viewers to vote for her..

He sings O ri chori from Lagaan.. Sumedha sings the female part in the house.. He does the vote appeal..

Aditya says, he has performed really well and asks is this the effect of only riyaz or something more.. Amanat has also changed his hair style and cut his hair.. Aditya asks why such a change and who did it for him? By then Ismailji comes on stage and says wear red coat everytime, you will sing well.. He too asks him why you have changed the whole getup.. Amanat just smiles and does not give any answer.. He says he has sung all the singers songs.. God will decide the winner, but if its you, then I will be happy..
Aditya says, Poonam and Amanat have already created a dhoom, but we have heard that you are arranging for a world’s biggest gharba.. Ismailji asks him from where you got this news, Aditya says - this is all the work of the research team.. He says he is doing it in Surat and more because that is where his native is.. He says even the organizer has come and the organizer says - for the past 20 years we are doing gharba and this year Ismailji has joined us and we are very happy for it..
Himesh says all of them know that me and Ismailji are partners and from what Ismailji has told him about the gharba he knows that Its a great entertainment.. there is lot of innovative ideas that has been pooled into it.. He requests Amanat to take for the gharba.. Ismailji says he is going to take all the contestants sitting here for the gharba and its going to be world famous..

Aditya says, last week you were just 500 votes behind Raja - but this week you are the topper.. He becomes the titan style of the week and he gets a titan watch..
Himesh says - I was worrying if there would be any difference in votes as I told about love, romance etc and didnt want Aneek’s votes to get effected.. But that did not happen.. I am happy with this result.. He says - you all might be thinking, why I bring all these issues - but certain bondings have to be brought and only music talks - I cannot do.. I will keep talking about all this..

Himesh - you sang very well.. Aneek asks Himesh - will I get her? Himesh asks, before you were saying that you are not in love, so do you confess that you are in love? Aneek says - yes I am in love.. Ismailji goes on stage and Aneek gets blessings from him.. Himesh says - I dont want to break your heart, but I feel you will not get it.. Amanat also loves her.. He also says to Ismailji - I think she will neither be Aneek’s nor Amanat.. They show Sumedha everytime and Himesh asks Aneek to sing well so that she melts and accepts him.. Ismailji says - both these girls also sing well.. Bappida sing pyaar mein kabhi kabhi aisa bhi ho jaata hain.. Himesh says Music - you have to feel from within only then you will be able to express it..
Junaid and Harpreet are called on stage..
Junaid had gone to his house and he gets a warm welcome there.. He cuts cake and celebrates the happiness.. His music teacher says, to perform in the final 12 is itself a big achievement.. His mother is also happy and his father says, let all the difference between India and Pakistan vanish and we all get together again.. Let all the Visa problems get solved.. Junaid says - I was first worried as to how I am going to get adjusted in India, but it was just like being in home..

Harpreet had also gone to his house and even before Raksha Bandhan - he tied rakhi from his sisters.. He goes to gurudwara..
His mother gets emotional and cries.. His sister ties rakhi for him.. He driives tracktor and also bike.. He is enjoying with his friends..
His mother is there among the audience.. She thanks Zee TV, mentors and public and everyone who have brought harpreet here..
Harpreet sings dil ne tumko chunliya hai from jhankaar beats..
Junaid is called on stage by Aditya and Vishal calls Raja too on stage.. He says, its very sad that one among you will be eliminated today and it is the format of the contest too.. So, cannot do anything for that.. Shekhar says - Junaid is having throat infection and when you have throat infection, I know how much it troubles and you will not be able to perform well.. But you are doing a great job.. He adds that Harpreet is improving a lot and giving brilliant performance..
Vishal says to Raja - Aneek is number 1, and being number 2 is more beneficial because you get the inspiration and you both have to maintain the standard of the stage by performing better than the other.. When there is competition, one tries to prove better than the other and this way the standard will rise and this way who ever sings well will become the winner..
Ismail interrupts and says - I can talk about the winner too.. Its not that only these two can be winners.. There are also others who can be winners.. why only these two.. I wish Raja, Aneek, Amanat and every contestant become the winner..
Vishal then says, he was talking about only the competition between Raja and Aneek because there is tough competition between them for votes.. Ismailji says, why only these two?? How come the competition can be between these two??
Bappida then tries to cool them down by saying Let the winner be decided public.. Ismailji says Only this public has made us (the mentors) a winner too..
Shekhar then gets up and thanks all the mentors for supporting all the contestants…

junid gone,i m so sad,but i think it was fair decision except mauli should gone first.But i know she will remain in the show till leaving of harpreet and mussarat.she is indian new Pop start.We should thanks to papi da,he makes so much effort to find such a talent and then sharp this talent very well.Bad joke.

ZeeTV needs to come up with some different drama now! This love triangle is a total non-sense.
This episode seems pretty interesting, cannot wait to see the performance, specially Amanat’s.

Is it just me or there is a sexual harassment going on at this show? How could Sumedha tolerate all this? Even if she’s willing, they should at least be upfront about it. This is mind boggling.

She is good singer but she has not that quality which can maker her winner because she puts so much pressure to her throat to sing any song she is weak in classical base songs but her voice is melodious because she reminds of Reshma and above all she is getting sympathy votes she comes on stage with so much sympathy expressions that any body would vote for her at least once if she sings sad songs she will get more success

She has got potential to make place in top 5 but i am afraid she will not be able to make it no doubt her voice tone is very fine and sharp her voice suits to actress of any age she is good singer the biggest plus point with this girl is that her diction is very strong and clear her voice is fit for any kind of song but still she cant win the title because she don’t have that winning attitude she just come on stage sing and then go while singing she looks so much tensed in her mind though she tries to hide but eyes never lies she is nervous and she is cute simple and sober but she lacks that smartness the active attitude

God Gifted Voice has quality of changing his voice tone easily from high tone to low tone he is sure guy to enter in final top 3 xpert in singing any kind of song he is stronger then others because of his classical base and regular practice he has got good charming personality also so he gets additional vote for them also negative point is his voice his voice can suit only to mature heros not to the chocklaty teen heros and other thing he has to prove himself yet by singing soft songs which has got less clasical notes like kumar sanu songs like kishore kumar songs like sonu nigam romantic songs
Amanat Ali Yalgar Gharana
Like his soft innocent personality his voice is also like that he is the best replacement for the Ghazal Singer Pakaj Udhas his voice is uniq his voice suits to every age group heros but its doubtful that he might make his place in top 3 well he has to work really hard because he has till now sang only soft songs not the heavy songs like raja hasan has sang or other singers its a very big back drop for him he is going get very very tough competition from his country pal Mussarrat and Harpreet

Best replacement for late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan in singing he is equivalent to Raja Hasan he might also give tough fight and threat to others to confirm and make his place in top 3 back drop is his voice again because his voice can suit to particular songs not to the all songs though he has proved himself that he can sing any kind of song but the hero whom he is going to play back in future must suit to his voice that’s why his voice is going to suit those actors who are playing characters roles

Sure shot guy and his name is written in those singers list who are going to enter the slot of top 3 he is best in all singers though when he came some of the musicians mentors raised their eye brows but later they all became his fan because of his honest qaulity singing i should not say it but only this guy have the potential to become winner if he gets tough fight or challange then only Harpreet can stand in his way other wise no one can stop him from becoming winner. His voice is the master key of his success lets see what happens but watch this guy budies he can do any thing
This show is just a story..but yes no doubt that all singers they have very good voices..but Zee TV is doing such dramas in show to make papular..am not agree with that..but yes afer all Sumedha, Aneek and Raja deserve the top 3 only. But request to Zee that dont try to be so smart everyone knows these stories.

ok..so as the show revealed that aneek was # 1 in votes followed by Raja…does any one know anything about international voting? who was the winner for tat? i would love to see amanat getting the highest international votes..

I need some serious help. In last weeks epsiode–> August 17th, when Sumedha’s visit back home was playing, One song came up in the background while she was visiting the mandir. It was something like “Pal ko bhi sapna jaise dheere dheere chha te hain…” and it was sung by a woman and Udit Narayan saab. If anyone knows the title/details for this song plz plzz doo share! I really think that song is sweet

GOOGLE you don’t seem to have a mind of your own nor do you know how to judge a performance. The sad part is that it’s not only you but a lot of people. People just follow what judges say and they think that’s what it is. They have been promoting Herpeet like there is no tomorrow. No his performance has not been improving. It is what judges are telling you. There are other instances you mentioned but that’s what the judges say and you follow it to the T. People is general need to realize just because the judge is saying something is not true. This is what they do to either promote and depromote person. Perfect example are Aneek and Junaid, respectively. Aneek always picks easy songs do you ever see any judge mention that? Aneek makes a lot of mistakes as well but do you see any judges mention that? You can’t tell me he is perfect! They day they mention it the votes for Aneek will drop. SO ANALYZE WITH YOUR OWN BRAINS INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING JUDGEMENTS!

FOR THE 500TH TIME RATING MAKES THE SHOW. THIS IS HOW THEY GET ADVERTISEMENT DOLLARS. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR VOTES. VOTES DETERMINE NETWORK PREMIUMS IT CAN CHARGE TO ITS ADVERTISERS. SO STOP SWEATING. THEY DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO PROMOTE THE SHOW. THEY ELIMINATE WHO THEY WANT TO ELIMINATE. THEY LOOK AT IT FROM A BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW. THEY NEED TO COME SOMEONE FROM USA, THEY NEED TO KEEP SOMEONE PUNJABI, THEY NEED TO KEEP SOMEONE GUJU, THEY NEED TO KEEP SOMEONE PAKISTANI. IF THEY DON’T THEY LOOSE ADVERTISING DOLLARS. IT’S CALLED CREATING MARKET.

I just looked at the voting page on Zee TV’s site. I’ll copy/paste the disclaimer here:
“Voting for this round is open from Friday August 24,10 PM and will close on Monday August 27, 8 AM
Votes submitted between Monday 8 AM and following Friday 10 PM, will be considered for the next round.
However, if the contestant for whom you had voted during this period gets eliminated next Friday,
then these votes for the participant will become redundant.”
The first paragraph is ok, fine. But the next paragraph is sort of weird.
First time I read it, I thought: If they are going to consider votes submitted after Monday for that round, what does that mean?
Later,I realised that of course what they are trying to say that those votes will be carried forward to the next round. Example, if Harpreet gets out next week, but people still vote for him after the episode has been filmed but before it is telecast, those votes wouldn’t be counted. However, if you had voted for say, Amanat, and he is still in the show after Monday’s filming, those votes will be carried forward.
Gosh, Zee TV should really phrase their disclaimers properly! Sighh. Their site accepts bogus email IDs right? I’m going to vote a lot a lot of times for Amanat now. I think that his votes might drop because of all of Himesh Reshammiya’s love triangle nonsense.
My take on the alleged ‘love triangle’:
The “third corner” is not Sumedha. Just because they show her does not mean so. You got to watch the reactions of the contestants. As in, Amanat wanted to hug Mauli during the Independence Day episode, but she just shook hands with him, etc. Zee TV just wants to make everyone think that it is Sumedha, in the end they will come up with a lot of crap about it really being Mauli, and so on.
Of course, here I am assuming that the love triangle actually EXISTS and it is not all the regular nonsense made up to increase the TRP of the show.
Well, at least it is milder that what Indian Idol comes up with.

Junaid’s elimination: My reason:
Duh. Ever since Aditya Narayan announced that last weeks votes were carried forward, it was sooo obvious that the three Pakistanis were automatically at the bottom. And I’m sorry to say this, but compared to Amanat and Mussarat, Junaid did not perform that well. That’s why he was eliminated. Good thing too. He is too good for Saregamapa! He is already making an album. Let’s hope that he does not become a huge flop like Challenge 2005 winner Debojit Saha. All the best to Junaid, because I think you sing very well. And also to Debojit, because you really need it.
This is bulls Junaid shouldnt have gone out he was much better then som of the others. But the only reason he went out was because they carried over the votes stupid pricks.
Anyways all the best to Junaid i know hes going to go far and do really well in singing and stuff like that.
mauli sang such a beautiful song horribly….how is it that bappida takes out the smallest flaw in every other contestant but keeps telling mauli u were good however besuri she is…..i think bappida has a secret crush on her or something…..she should b out….saregamapa is known for having and producing the best talent but with singers like that besuri bitch they are degrading the show….abhilasha from star voice of india sang mehboob mere so well yest…..100000 times better than besuri

I can’t believe an awesome singer like Junaid was voted out this early. He has the voice, the looks, the charm, wouldn’t someone like him benefit the popularity of sa re ga ma pa?? i dunno what these producers or w/e are doing cuz i know the votes dont matter for shit, if the likes of Mauli are still in the competition. Singers of better skill are being sacrificed for this no talent bust.
I wish Junaid all the best and I will buy his album when it comes out =).

Bhappi, stooped so low to promote his singers by pulling Akhay to the stage by force! poonam was amazing! even Akhay said where r 10 buttons,i would like to vote her! but as usual Raja got it away,bcse of Shekhsr’s cheap politics & hype! i hate Shekhar & apreciate Vishal as he acknowledged Poonam’s performance in his absence! And what to tell about Ismail,he is the worst Guru! ,ID is so cool, as if he has just finished a huge plate of Biryani & had no motivation! So stupid! HR has stooped so low to promote Aneek that now i like only Poonam,Amanat(as they have no backing & they r so talented) & then Harpreet!

i wonder why mentors praise raja . the song of udit narayan sung by raja was too bad but still he got praises for that, even the next song’kiss me baby’ was also a poor one sung by raja. i think in this way mentors are overhypuing raja. why don’t they understand that common people consider thieir comments and then vote. in this way they are underrating versatile and talented singers like AMANAT

I WATCH SAREGAMAPA only because you sing too good. i just hope that people consider you and make you the winner. you are the most deserving but underrated candidate but don’t worry people slowly will definitely recognise your talent.anyways your new look is also very COOOOOOOOOOL and i hope this may also increase your fan following and you will be able to get the highest votes.
