Aditya’s birthday bash – You can’t keep your eyes fixed in one place
Even though he celebrates his birthday on August 6, Aditya Narayan threw a party for his friends on Wednesday. The host of Zee’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, turned 20 in the company of his friends and family.But Aditya Narayan seems to have a special music playing in his heart for contestant Mauli Dave. At a bash the duo sat away from the other contestants and later took the dance floor.
And if you look at the picture alongside, it seems Aditya has more than just ‘good friends’ on his mind, as he homes in for a closer look (at Mauli’s neck, we presume?).
Says Aditya, laughing, “Hota hai! Kisiki bhi aankhen ek jagah nahin tik sakti. Aur vaise bhi mujhe 15 days se conjunctivitis hai, to meri aankhen bhatak rahi hain! (It happens! You can’t keep your eyes fixed in one place. As it is I’ve been suffering from conjunctivitis for the past 15 days, so my eyes do tend to wander!)”
Mauli too endorses Aditya saying, “It’s okay. Such pictures are always taken at an opportune moment. They can say one thing and mean something else.”

I think Mauli is a good singer all of her performances are marvelous she migjt have screwed up in some songs but over all she is a terrfic singer I don’t think she will get eliminated next week I think Junaid will get eliminated because he got the lowest marks last week YOU GO MAULI SING!! First of all let me make clear that I am neither a fan of Mauli nor I am trying to bash anyone here. Everyone can read whatever they want, but there should be some rationale in that.
First of all why are you all using foul language towards a girl who is just having fun trying her best. She might be a horrible singer, but she is not causing someone’s elimination. Remember that only one person is going to win and everyone else will be eliminated today or tomorrow. If people like her and vote for her, it is not her fault but peoples’. Why bash her?
Is she that horrible, maybe not. Make Jagajit singh ( I am not comparing Mauli with him, just an example) a pop song, he will suck too. Take for example famous carnatic vocal singer M.S. Subbulakshmi (I am sure many of you might not have heard her name, but her singing is divine). If she came to saregamapa (she is no more to do that and she never needed such an exposure) she would fail in the initial round itself. So, bottomline is mauli is good not great in her style. For that matter, almost everyone in saregamapa 2007 have their own style except for Aneek and probably Junaid who can sing variety of songs. Harpreet excels in punjabi songs, not all kinds. Musarrat is good for sufi songs, amanat cannot create variations in his voice. Raja can excel in his style not others, so is Poonam. I know she has lots of fans, but honestly she has a distinctive voice with a slight crack and will not suit as a voice on all female actresses. Sumedha is very nasal it sometimes annoys me. So, do not criticize just because you want to take out your frustration of life on someone. You might say I don’t know music if I say mauli is not bad, but let me tell you I can go up and stand on the stage and sing pretty good. I have learnt music and with that knowledge I say she is not great but not bad either. Whatever it is, give the kid a break and she is there for this summer enjoying a new environment why use foul language on her.
I have seen kids born and raised here in U.S. If you ever saw those kids, you would admire what a fine job her parents have done raising her.

I don’t think Mauli supporters understand that they are fighting a losing battle. Desi people are known for mob mentality and right now the mob is pointed unfurtunately at a young girl (Mauli is only 19). So hopefully she leaves this week but that still won’t solve anything because next week we will complain about something new.

first and foremost zee-tv organized this hindu-paki drama (paki singers refusing to sing Indian independence song) to keep mooli in the show.
I was most offended with this fake India-pak issue. Now i can not let these people get away with this. They can not play with people’s feelings like that. And all that for a lousy singer !!!! who is in the game for no singing qualities????
last week she performed so bad, it was shame, so she would be definitely out. but produces do not want her out (i suspect she must be doing something special for someone). But they knew that if they make anyone else go out it will create big issue. So to divert people’s attention, they needed something bigger, they created a fake highly sensitive another big issue – hindustan-pakistan !!!! these producers are playing with fire. the poor pakistani singers on the programm are very sober and nice kids. shame on zee-tv to make their lives miserable like that, bring them on stage and blame like that. who knows how will muslim-hardliners treat their families in Pakistan now? can anyone say?
I do not believe a word/bit of it. such a nasty drama just to divert people’s attention from their misdeeds!!! these people should be charged with criminal offense for provoking people’s sentiments, and stirring innocent people’s feelings. may God punish sa-re-ga-ma producers, and punish them hard with mooli included ofcourse.
