i can’t believe that Amanat from Pakistan won the whole challenge .i was most certain about Raja or Aneek,any one of these 2 to win the challenge.
Ohh again Mauli saved… But this time she was in danger zone. Yes that means RED ALERT!. Anyways lets take a look at this episodes performances. Abhijit from Maharashter, he sang ‘Koi Kahe’ song from ‘Dil Chahta Hai”, well his performance was satisfactory as nothing much appreciated but overall it was ok. This time Amanat has been given a very tough song, which I guess never ever imagine that he can sing amazingly but no doubt he done great job. It was rocking performance from Amanat. Musarrat were good too and this time he choosed a very tough song to sing on stage but he proved that he can sing any kinda songs and his voice quality is very nice. Junaid’s performance was excellent and he sang ‘Ishq Kabhi Kariyo Na’ in his own style, a mix blended with classical alaap and this experience was really mind blowing. His performance was up to the mark. Now come to see Raja, ohh god, he forgot the lines but anyway, it is not a big deal but as mentors said, he should cover up the forgetting lines with joining other related lines but anyway his performance were also very fine. Aneek was again very good in singing himesh’s song ‘Aapki Khatir’. Poonam’s performance was also very impressive and ofcourse sumedha’s voice is very sweet and very soft. I think she can sing any kinda songs very comfortable and no doubt she’s rocking performer. I cant add any comment about Mauli’s performance because for me, she s been already won Sare Gama Pa Mayya Mayya Challenge and in reward he signed HR and ID’s Album contracts and probably some others music dealing too. Very much sympathetic words from BL and HR for her to show that she s good singer as they’re trying to survive her in the show but they should know that public is not blind… aur sab kuch dekhti hai (singing, talent, and obiously the perfect singer). Well, let see what s going on next with Mauli.

This is not true voting performance review but as we felt and concluded after reviewing all the performance.

It was unfortunate to see Aporva going out. If public can forgive someone’s bad performance for a day then they should forgive someone’s attitude just for one particular day. He was not a bad singer. He is far better than mauli and few others.
According to me Raja, Amanat and Aneek are the best.
Then next is Joy, Poonam, Sumedha, Mussarat
And then comes Nirumpama and Junaid
And Harpreet and Mauli are the last among these.
I have a request to all of you to not just vote for a single day performance. Compare all the performance and graph throughout saregamapa challenge and then do voting.
Raja – He is definitely a very good singer. Solid voice quality and a great performer as well. But I think he is being overrated as far as sangeet, sur and taal is concerned. I will rate him behind Amanat and poonam in that.
Junaid – He flip-flops in his performances. At times he is No.1 in the list and at other times he gives so-so performance. But certainly as a overall allrounder, he is No.1 all the time.
Amanat – Definitely more deserving to be rated No.1 based on his voice quality, keeping in sur and emotions.
Poonam – there is something in her voice that is special. I am not able to pinpoint what that is. Her voice has a raw emotional factor that makes her songs stand out for me.
Aneek – he is already winner whether he wins or loses this show.
Sumedha – she sings more through her nose than Mauli does. I dont know why the public has not commented on that. I rate Sumedha high but not higher than the above mentioned.
Mauli – Poor kid. Being bashed as a 1-hit wonder. But sorry, I have to agree with that. She has a great voice and keeps in sur. But I blame Bappi for not training her well in this show. Bad coice of songs all the time. With VS or HR, she would have come out much better.
Apurva – He lost my vote when he sang “Dus bahane”. His pronounciation sucks big time. You dont say “Dussu bahaane” for crying out loud ! Also his performances were so-so. I expected his early exit.
Abhishek – Mostly under the radar and not memorable for anything. But for whatever reason, he does seem to get votes to go through.
Next to go – Joy, Ahishek or Mauli unless they steal the show from the others somehow.
why was himesh winking at joy? is he gay? i noticed that twice in the show. lol
I have a request to all the voters. In this discussion group, lets talk only about voice & singing rather than talking about what mentors does in the show.
Samedha: Quality voice. High Confidence. Solid surs
Abhijit: Almost a quality voice. Confidence. Some times weak of surs.
Mussarat: Almost a quality voice. High confidence. Very solid surs.
Aneek: Quality voice. Confidence. Some time surs r missing
Joy: Almost a quality voice. Missing confidence. Surs r missing but a very little.
Nirupama: Good voice. Low confidence. Almost solid surs
Amanat: Qulaity voice. Confidence. Solid surs
Raja : Quality voice. High confidence. Almost almost solid surs.
Poonam: Quality voice. Low confidence. Solid surs.
Junaid: Almost a quality voice. Confidence. Solid surs.
Apurva: Not a quality voice jut good voice. High confidence. Very weak of surs.
Harpreet: Good voice. Almost good confidence. Some times weak of surs.
Mauli: not a good voice. Confidence. Surs r very very weak.
100 percet true and perfect judgement. My favourites are sumedha, Junaid and a little bit of raja and amanat. Poonam must sing with more confidence she can be on top.
Judges must stop the politics in this show. They must be fair. raja forget twice in this show it surprise me how they support him and totally ignored his mistake. I know he is a good singer. These judges only follows the votes of public. so rubbish. Bring some new and fair judges.

Junaid is the most original of the contestants. I hope he comes up in top three.
Junaid I totally totally disagree with the votings. All the judges have support u and give good comments and u never got yellow light. But now public voting hurts u a lot and u got a yellow light. These so called judges changed their commets about u and not supportted u. They r only following the votes of public and giving comments according to the pudlic votes. Dont disheart yaar. U r really my fav. better then amanat. U have a really some thing new in your voice. A very pure and solid voice

i think nirupama is in the show only because she is fron Assam. It wont be surprized id Nirupama or Joy win te show
I would like to know if the song Mauli performed was supposed to have a low voice, almost manly, i should say… it just didnt sound good to me when she sang it.. I liked her feminine voice, like Sumedha’s, and I was just covering my eyes when Mauli performed that song…..
so far Amanat is no 1 in every categary; voice, sur, taal, confidence, performance. Henever disoppointed us thruout the show.
About Amanat. I have loved all his performances so far. But would like to pose this for other comments – He’s always sung with a lot of poise and control. Almost with no emotion’s and that is the root of my concern. A lot of his renditions are technically almost flawless but does not do anything for me. Unlike the soul I see from Raja Hasan or even Poonam(I know some people might get incensed about the comparison
). Also, I think Musarrat has yet to let himself go all out yet…So far, Raja stand’s out for me…
But, where is Amanat on 21st July episode?

As far as the top 4 goes. I think on the basis of singing talent, one can safely say that they would be -
Raja,
Aneek/Amanat
Mussarat.
Aneek has the potential of winning the contest by a wide margin. I have seen performances by Aneek where the other contestants were open mouthed in disbelief. I also think Harpreet and Abhijit are dark horses who can cause quite a lot of surprises. Poonam looks like a survivor and can potentially last till the end. Junaid has never looked as a serious challenger at all. I would put Junaid and Joy in the same category…
AMANAT ALI IS THE BEST SINGER IN THIS SAREGAMAPA CHALLENGE.HE HAS THE GRATEST VOICE I HAVE EVER HEARD.IF THIS SHOW IS FARE AND LET THE BEST WIN THING THEN I AM SURE AMANAT WILL WIN.I AM NEITHER AN INDIAN NOR A PAKISTANI BUT I AM A TRUE LOVER OF MUSIC. BEST WISHES TO AMANAT. -USA

ive heard how much mauli has been criticized, but now i know why, she is bad!
her voice is broken, and just bad, how in the world did she get so far. today, mauli and apoorva should of gotten eliminated! is this what singing has come to?!
