Review of 13th July Episode of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Chllenge 2007 - First Elimination
Today is the first elimination in Agnipariksha Round. Last week, everyone gave the best performance but their fate will be now decided by public.
The episode begins with an AV.. They show the makeup room where all the contestants are getting the final touch of makeup and the room in itself is very tensed as every one are excited to know the results.. They are then shown practicing with their new Nokia phone..
Today’s Theme - Celebration for Taj being the first wonder of the world:
Aditya begins the show by singing Mast bahaaron ka main aashique.. He then says - Saara jahaan pyaar ke liye hai and this has been proved the audience votes.. they have made Taj as the first wonder of the world. Aaj Taj aur pyaar ki jeet huyi hai.. The AV of contestants performance during Ek shyaam Taj ke naam episode is shown.. And to celebrate this the contestants are dedicating this episode to Taj and will be singing the old romantic songs..
Aditya introduces the mentors - Disco king Bappida, the youngest mentors Vishal and Shekhar, Happening Himesh and Inevitable Ismail Darbar.. He also says nearly 9,50,000 votes have been received for this week.
Format for announcing results:
There will be 3 lights, Green which means Congrats and through to next round.. Yellow means Word Hard - That is they are in bottom 3 and have to work hard to get the audience votes.. Red meaning Hard Luck and are eliminated.. Each contestant will be called and given the light.. If they get yellow, then they are in bottom 3 and will have to wait to know if they are eliminated or not..
First Gharana - Yalgaar:
Before announcing the results, the previous week’s performance of all the contestants are shown..
Aditya calls all the contestants of this gharana.. Amanat is the first to know the result.. Aditya says, last week his performance was liked by Shekhar so, lets see if he has got through.. He gets green
Poonam is the next. Aditya says she got very good comments from all the mentors.. she also gets green..
But the unlucky one is Rimi who gets yellow light.. Aditya says she did not perform upto her potential last week. But ID had requested everyone to vote her but unfortunately she got yellow light..

Performance:
Amanat sings Hamein tumse pyaar kitna from Kudrat.. Before his performance, ID says this song is sung by both Kishoreda and Parveen Sultana. The version that Amanat is going to sing is the version of Parveen Sultana.. So, please listen to the song carefully.. During his performance, an AV is shown where he is practicing in the lawn

ID - Rimi was not good last week with Himesh’s song.. so, she deserved to be given the yellow light and says no good singers should be eliminated

Musarrat - Aditya says he was not given very good comments, so lets see what light he gets.. But he is through and gets green
When Joy was about to get his result, he says he is remembering his mother who is with his aunt.. Himesh says then he will get through as he is reminding his mother.. He adds that all the mother’s in this world have given him blessings and that is why Aap ka suroor is a big hit and dedicates this movie to all the mother’s in the world..
Nirupama - Aditya’s comments - Only her voice was praised.. But now she has got green..
Aneek - Aditya says, he got standing ovation from VS, lets see if he has got it from audience also.. Yes, he has got green..
Himesh thanks the audience and on behalf of all the mentors and Zee tv he thanks the audience for bringing this show to this level..

Junaid says - “ofcourse he does not deserve to be in Bottom 3″
Rimi says - “She was not well even in the last episode and even today as she has infection in her eyes”.. Today is her father’s birthday so dont know what gift she is going to give him..
Apurva first is shown public’s verdict.. He is through.. gets green.. Shekhar then comments on his statement and says he did not like his attitude - he should not have said that..

Apurva then says, he did not want to hurt anyone’s ego.. Vishal interrupts and says its only his ego that is being hurt.. He then asks apology to the public and says as Apurva is in his gharana, he has to ask apology to the public.. Apurva then apologizes to the public and the mentors..
Rimi is then shown public’s verdict.. She gets red light and so Junaid is safe..

Good decision by public this week.. Rimi was really bad last week !
But it was kinda shocking to see Junaid in bottom 3.
Its a shock and its pathetic to see junaid in the bottom 3.there r many weak contestants in the show like mauli,joy,nirupama.
This is not possible tht a popular contestant like junaid is in bottom 3.
this is some gimmick…..to create a hype about the show …..coz junaid is a popular and publics fav contestant.
How can junaid be in the bottom 3….when there are contestants like mauli n joy.

guys wake up….and b realistic….junaid cannot b in bottom 3.
if a contestant like junaid is out then….people wil loose intrest in the show and stop watching it.
I really was shocked and my jaw dropped when I saw Junaid was in bottom three…I agree there are so many other weak contestants. After watchin Saturdays episode i was a little disappointed in their judgements…I didnt think Mussarat deserved such amazin comments. He wasnt that great. However i was VERY happy when Mauli got 5’s, finally she got a grade she deserved. I think Raja deserved more and i think if he sang later in the show he would have, they were being conservative with their points in the beginin, and plus Raja song was very hard…I love him, hes awesome!! KEEP VOTING FOR RAJA!
Today, I liked Musharrat, Amanat and Raja of course.
Anik was good but Himesh is paying more attention to him tha he deserves.. !!
Musharrat used to be Himesh’s favorite b4 Anik entered.. and now Himesh is just ignoring Musharrat.. I quite don’t like it.
I LOve Sumedha too.. I think Sumedha is the HOTTEST girl of the show, she sings well and looks super sexy!
She should try acting career just like past year’s hottest bomb shell’
