In my opinion, Himeshji Reshamiya is taking undue advantage of this prestigious platform to promote his own agenda at the cost of these aspiring new talents. We are apalled to see that people of our great nation, where music is worshipped, do not condemm this outragious behaviour! Himesh Ji has absolutely no respect for any musician, He brings total disgrace to your esteemed show. Is this a strategy of the show to make it controvertial and sell it in the world market ? Please have some rules for the Gurus as well. One commands respect, not demand it. The show looks more like a verbal wrestling stage. Ashaji was very graceful. Our music is about humility, not arrogance.

  My husband participated in the saregamapa US auditions in San Francisco.
  He has had classical training & many many classical teachers & singer have applauded for good voice.
  You wont believe, a young guy(never seen him on saregamapa) took the auditions/ voice test & hardly as my husband had started h he asked him to stop.
  I do not think he had any music knowledge, more the hip guy.
  He did not do justice, as he rejected many many good singers.

  I feel it is just a show to run their show not to encourage music… why dint a person with some good music knowledge come to do the auditions.

  He seemed quite biased towards guys…

  It is just a money making spin. we are disappointed, as my husband genuinely interested in music.
