Himesh Reshammiya fights for Mussarat – In a wrong way

This is real war on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007. Himesh Reshamiyya makes Pakistani singer Mussarat from his “gharana” sing a song by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Vishal (from Vishal and Shekhar) takes objection and asks Mussarat to sing any other genre, other than Rahet Fateh Ali Khan.

But Himesh’s point of view was that Mussarat was good in this genre and he should sing such types of songs to get the job in the future. May be Himesh is right up to some extent But the way Himesh was fighting (and shouting) was really scary and was not suitable for such platform. What you says guys?

    I am not sure how much of it is staged. Also Vishal seems to be the instigator and Himesh is trying to apeal to the audience with his histrionics.

      Yeah, the yelling and screaming was a bit too much. But I do agree with Himesh’s point of view. Saregamapa challenge 2007 is a competition. And like any other competition, we always try to bring out our best. Saregamapa challenge 2007 is not music school where you should try different styles of songs to learn. It is where you show how good you are. For some people it is life and death situation. So I totally agree with Himesh.

              I wouldn’t agree with himesh….i mean i agree that this is a talent show..and thats why u should try a diffrent variety of songs..so that u can show them that u can do/perform diffrent styles..rather than just one….and no..i don’t think vishal is jealous of himesh…i think himesh has some problems…he is always soo dicouraging..and he is the one who starts all the arguments!!!

And offcourse Musarrat has proved that he is a versatyle singer by singing Rahat Ali songs plus Ghulabi Ankhein of Mohd. Rafi by the order of Ashaji. Watch may19 episode nd hear comments fm Ashaji,Ismail Darbar and Vishal Shaker about Musarrat.Its wonderfull comments in fvr of musarrat. What else is needed.                       My personal feelings are that Vishal is not jealous of Himesh but he could be worried about Mussarat, that he is so well versed in Music that the only way to stop him (probably) is to shake his confidence by using those unnecessary remarks. But this may go against his own popularity because public is judging everything!
                      So Himesh needs to be calm and controll the situation wisly!
