Amant Ali is one of the strongest contestant of saregamapa challenge 2007 show. He is from Faisalabad, Pakistan but he was selected from Dubai Audition. This cute looking boy is just 19 years old. He belongs to Ismail Darbar’s Yalgar Gharana…
His Memories: “At the age of 16 I organized a musical show for my school. At my head mistress’s wedding I organized a musical show and got Rs.50000. Also when I met Nusrat fateh Ali khan sahib.I am an ardent fan of his and got an opportunity to perform in his presence. Nusrat sahib was impressed & gave me an “amanat” of Rs 500/ as a prize.I still treasure this memorable gift.”
His hobbies are Playing Cricket, snooker, and going for long drive. His Favorite personality is Sonu Nigam and Shahrukh Khan.

Amanat … there’s nothing wrong with singing Pakistan’s patriot song on your country’s independece; you dont owe anyone apology. if anything it shows greatness on your part cuz your action shows respect. If tomm; you came on stage and dedicate a song to your mom; people will admire u as an ideal son; they’ll respect u even more; then how is it any different when you sing for your country?
I hope ZEE TV doesnt take you guys out; if voting got affected by external factors; then its automatically void; so it should not be counted.

I cried when he sang that Masoom song.
And I’m 15.
It takes alot of power to do that to a person.
I think that ZeeTV was really unfair in alot of the competition with Amanat. If you go on youtube.com and look at that performance, he had everyone in tears, and he sang it so well.
They didn’t show that on TV.
And I honestly think Amamat deserved to win.

Amanat Ali is doing a live show in UK,US and Canada. I am going to see him live in Toronto show on June01, 08 IshaAllah. My seats are very close to the stage so I will be able to see him from very close. I will update his show performance after I watch the show.
